Super value for the money..!!
Like: Sturdy build with rubberised body.Good strong comfortable neck strap. More than adequate lens covers. Great sharp focus and visibility. Feels solid when held. Good protective case.Dislike: Dioptre adjustment very stiff. Was set to centre position originally. Further heaving to adjust it didn't seem to make any difference so left in central position. They aren't light weight. With neck strap and case weighed in at 812g.All in all very pleased with them. (Of course they carry the reknowned name 'Nikon Acculon' being one of their mid range binocular). JG

Starry, starry night.....
I’m the owner of a large Dobson-mount telescope which is not always convenient to carry outside and set up, particularly when our nighttime skies sometimes offer only fleeting views before the cloud rolls in. One solution to the problem was to purchase a decent pair of binoculars as an alternative to buying a more portable telescope.Lists of recommended binoculars for sky-watching are published regularly on the internet and elsewhere. On one of those, I found a recommendation for these binoculars based on their light-capturing abilities at this magnification and lens size(10x50). They were also consider to be very good value for money by the reviewer against the other more expensive brands on the list.Looking around for the best online price, Amazon came out top. Reading the reviews of Amazon customers, most seemed happy with their purchase. So I decided to buy a pair. I don’t have any regrets. They suit my needs pretty well. Where I live, in average Bortle 4 skies, they enable me to spot the more prominent deep sky objects , eg Orion M42, M43 - but without the greater clarity and detail I’d get from my telescope. Their great advantage is that they’re available to use in an instant: grab and go.Just one thing - the adjustable diopter, others have mentioned that it’s too stiff. I agree. Initially, I found it difficult to adjust to my eye because the movement was so stiff and uneven that I was unable to get a precise calibration quickly. It really is trial and an awful lot of error until you move it to the sweet spot. Unless you think that all good quality binoculars are the same, I own a pair of 8x30 Carl Zeiss whose diopter moves smoothly yet securely. It’s a nuisance that these Nikon aren’t the same, especially if you’re sharing the binoculars with someone else. Other than that, I’ve found little to criticise. But five stars for their light-capturing ability - which is really what they’re all about for me.

Awesome
At this price.......brilliant quality bins. Yes, the more you spend, in theory everything improves. But these are solidly made, relatively light with a rubberized feeling coating. There are detents on the underside for your thumbs maintaining a good grip whilst focusing and also a tripod adapter mount fixing just in front of the focus ring. Very bright image and stable at 7 x 50 magnification at full zoom. Very clear too, diopter adjustment extendable eye cups on mean I can abandon my eye glasses and use without. Decent enough strap and lens covers. Padded carry case is great and includes a 'loop' so you can attach it to your trouser belt. A brilliant tool at this price, you won't be disappointed

Great review
Really good and clear image, you can see details of flying planes, clear view of birds and see so many stars you can't see without. The moon also looks so big and clear. The only downside is that it's probably on the edge of max zoom possible for hands only use - it would be nice to have stabilization of some sort, but hey..Oh yeah and the covers are very flimsy.

Unbelievable quality for the price!
These binoculars are fantastic and a joy to use. The image quality is better than my other binoculars which cost twice as much. There is a bit of distortion visible at the far outer edges but this is normal with all binoculars. The centre of the view is crystal clear though, and the field of view is nice and wide. As others have said the objective lens caps are a little flimsy and are prone to fall out if you're not careful. Strap is good quality and carry case is fine for the price. The eye relief is quite short, so if you need to keep spectacles on, you would struggle to get a full field of view. Overall the build quality is great for the price, and they feel reassuringly solid to hold. Out of all my binoculars, I find these the most fun to use. Recommended 100%

Nikon quality binoculars
Totally impressed with these. Look feel and are great. Bit big bit heavy but you know what your getting into with porro prisms at this magnification.

Worth the extra pounds. Superb quality
This 7x50 binoculars i bought for stargazing and i gotta say they do the job perfectly. The 7x zoom is perfect to be able to easily handhold without your handshaking being annoying. Wide field of view allows easy navigation along constellations. So far was able to see andromeda galaxy from light polluted london, but ofcourse is just a small smudge but still impressive for binoculars. The moon looks amazing, can see craters clearly and using both eyes gives it a realistic 3d shape, as if its right in front of you. Could also easily see jupiters moons as well. The picture quality in day time is superb, and the focusing mechanism works greatsWas able to even take a moon picture with my iphone7 through the binos, but its nothing compare to what you see with your eyes

Excellent.
Worth reading some reviews about these first before you buy. Perfect for my purpose (wildlife) excellent optics and clarity. Only slight letdown is the nylon carry case.
