My husband and I have jam sessions in our entryway… We do recordings with a field recorder and this sounds really cool during playback!I ordered the one where you got a wooden stick and a metal rake. I like both of them for different reasons but both sound really good.I have really small tiny hands and it’s super easy to hold… if you’re thinking about getting one or you need one for your band practice or your band performances…go ahead and get this one… I’m certainly glad I did.The sound is amazing.! Cool Instrument
I was looking for a nice addition to my musical equipment. This is a well constructed Guiro, which is a cool sounding instrument for playing Latin music. The price was good, and the ABS construction won't wear or split like wooden ones. It sounds good to. I recommend this if your looking to add to your music repetoire!

It’s okay, not great- price is pretty high for what you get
The sound is a little unauthentic in my opinion, wood sounds much better.The item came broken in half so I have to hold it together when I play.It feels more like a child’s toy than a professional instrument.I don’t believe it has good value for the price unfortunately my return window has closed.
