I was after a spray to aid my sleep during stressful periods when I'd be restless and struggle to get to sleep.This is superb quality in the packaging, the ingredients and the right strength of smell - not too overpowering but not so faint it doesn't work.This has really helped relax me before sleep and I'm happy I'm using a chemical free product.

I chose this product because I really like the contents but was surprised to find it much more woody smelling than I had expected, I suppose it must be the ylang ylang, I love the floral fruity smells of lavender and bergamot. I am sure that there is no doubt it helps you feel calmer but I would like a little more fresh floral smell, rather than woody left on my pillow when I spray it there. It’s just personal and it does the job so no complaints just preference.

I have purchased a previous 'atmospheric mist' from this company and found the quality brilliant. I like that these products have a water and witch hazel base rather than anything more 'artificial', and the scent is quite strong but not too heavy. The bottle arrived well packaged and presented, and the bottle is of a good size, so it should last a good amount of time. I have noted previous reviewers comments on these products that the spray action isn't very good on these bottles; however, after some trial and error, I found that if you hold the bottle so your thumb presses on the spray top, supporting the bottom of the bottle on your fingers, it works very well with that pressure. I have already recommended these products to others and will do again.

I would recommend this product, as suggested it is a mellow musky/flowery fragrance and 2-3 spray are enough to perfum your bedding and to send you in a comfortable state of relaxation. It is a little more expensive than other similar product but it doesn't leave and chemical scents on your pillow like other sometimes do!

The packaging arrived without the lid, which wasn’t great as this was a Christmas present!

I have always been a terrible sleeper and have suffered from bouts of insomnia since I was a child. My boyfriend decided to buy this for me to try. The first night I used it I fell straight to sleep - I couldn’t believe it. I now use this spray every night without fail and my sleep has improved so incredibly much.

The smell of this stuff is delightful but doesn't really improve my sleep.Have used it over a year or so and although it does initially smell nice, it wears off too quickly.Maybe the other scents are better but this one is just okay.Personally i won't be buying again but do not regret trying to improve my nights sleep.Of all the things we have a control over in our lives with Diet, and Exercise, Sleep is right up there in importance.:)
