I used this for whipped cream frosting on my daughter’s birthday cake. I don’t like using artificial coloring so I was happy to find this. It dissolved in the whipped cream and didn’t add any flavor. If anything it is very slightly sweet/fruity but hardly.

Nice flavor and quality ingredients. Will buy again.

I skipped a star as there are no directions as to how much to use, unless I missed it. Smells good. I was using it in my pizzelles. I used 3 TBLS in my recipe. Not sure how much to use. It gave it a slight flavor. Did not want to use too much, as it is not cheap for the amount. The jar appears to have a lot in it.I think it is already sweetened, as I added sugar to my recipe and it was WAY too sweet. I will try again, without the sugar. would be nice if I knew how much I was supposed to use.

Acai without the seeds. And if you've ever tried Acai juice you know what I'm talking about! I love filling my smoothies with lots of different fruit. However, fridge space was becoming a serious issue because I had so many bottles of different fruit juice. I thought, "gosh, there's gotta be a better way!" It was then that I discovered powdered fruit juice. And now, making smoothies is so much easier. I use a very small amount of this powder in the blender and it gives just the right amount of flavor. It's super easy and takes up a fraction of the space a bottle would. Not only that but it doesn't require refrigeration! It tastes great and you should buy some right now!

I enjoy using (real) natural colors in my recipes. This pops a vibrant dark amethyst color in my low-PH picked eggs. I understand the at higher PH’s that the color pops a pleasant range of blues. A little of this anthocyanin-rich colorant goes a long way making this products pricyness easier to bear.Eagerly recommend.

This product is not very good. The taste is quite strange. You have to use a lot of it to notice any flavor, but it still tastes somewhat synthetic. I wanted to return it, but the return policy doesn't allow for that, so now I feel like I've wasted my money.

This is my 3rd purchase of the raspberry powder. I love this just to mix with water or with lemonade. Second one I order seal on jar was broken and couldn’t get refund but I still purchased another one because I love it so much. Would recommend highly.

I've used this in/on cookies and other desserts. Very tasty, very versatile for adding color, flavor and as used as a garnish.
