Absolute garbage
First of all, this is, looks and feels cheap. But you don't buy a dish rack because it looks expensive so allow me to elaborate:- It is full of sharp edges, I got a nasty cut trying to put things together- the G screws with the curved head broke when I was tightening them- the rack is wobbly even after adjusting the plastic "legs" it sits on, I don't think I will be using it- the mug holder is bend and higher on one side than the other- the assembly leaflet is printed on an A5 piece of paper and you basically have to guess which component it's showing

Better packing needed!
Firstly it arrived in the cardboard box it was originally packed it no other protection. When I opened that the screws wernt in a paxket due all over the bottom on the box, so had the box been ripped etc the screws would have been lost. Luckily all pieces where intact and it was pretty easy to figure out how to put together since no instruction was included. That said, when I wash up there is never enough room for all the dishes usually. I was worried this would be too tall as I have cupboards above my sink but it fits nice and looks lovely and clean / tidy. Would like to update with the realisation I've now had this drainer for two years according to amazon and it's not rusted and fallen apart so decent quality. I dont polish it etc just wipe it down when wiping down sink itself so no extra effort to maintain it.

Cheap & flimsy
Bought this as it seemed to have more positive than negative reviews. But.....*tray underneath is too small... doesn’t cover the area for drips of things draining 😩*cutlery holder too small for cutlery AND larger kitchen utensils*cutlery falls through the sides of holder*glass/mug holder... DO NOT USE! Balancing act of weight distribution! Reminds me of Jenga! So many mugs/glasses have fallen off, (the side needs more grip to stay on with the weight of the glasses and mugs) luckily they bounced... UNTIL TODAY when a glass smashed all over my kitchen floor! 😡 Feeling really fed up now! 😳

Not the best design
I bought this in the hope that it would provide me with more organisation on my draining board, but I have to say I'm disappointed with the product overall. Firstly, the product doesn't come with instructions for those people who may not be the most practically minded, so you will need to use the image on the box for visual guidance. However, it isn't difficult to assemble once you have the idea. It does come with a couple of spanners to help with the small nuts supplied, but these aren't the best fit. Also, 8 of the nuts are cap nuts, and one cap split off as I tightened it, so I now have an untidy finish on one drip rack.Additionally, the bottom drip rack is distorted because the cross rails look like they have been cut slightly too big at one end, so I had to strain to get the bottom rack to line up with the pre-drilled holes at either end, and this has resulted in the rest of the rack now being on an annoying wobble! The dimensions for this rack I don't believe are given as outside measurements, which is important because the cup rack that hangs one end is now overhanging my draining board, and can't be used unless I want water pooling on my worksurface! I can move it back towards the sink, but then the cutlery basket hanging on the other ends overhangs the sink, making it a nuisance when washing dishes. Also, some cutlery is falling between the wires of the basket, also a nuisance, and it's quite a bit smaller than my old one, and with a family of four, plus all the cooking utensils, I have to keep my old one, meaning my plan for a more organised drainer hasn't worker out.Unfortunately I don't have any positives for this product, because its all over flimsy design coupled with the faults I have had has resulted in my decision to not use it. A total waste of money, which could have been avoided with more detailed measurements and better photos on this website.

Good as a drying rack, works well for small sinks.
This product is good overall but I wouldn't recommend using the cup/glass attachment. The wire it is made out of isn't very strong and will bend very easily as I discovered when 1 of my glasses fell off and the other 5 glasses immediately followed. Other than that the drainer works well, as does the cutlery attachment.

Does the job very well - zero complaints!
It was exceptionally easy to assemble. As is common, it came with the little tool used for tightening the bolts (the pack includes an extra pair). Used it the same evening it arrived.I’m not sure where other reviewers have gone wrong. It’s possible they have just been unlucky.Updated 17/08: Still no issues. We’ve had it rather full over the last week and at no point has it become unstable or rusty so my point stands - maybe some have just been unlucky with theirs.

It's smaller than the measurements listed on the product's page on Amazon
It's a bit smaller than the measurements on their web page. I know because I got a tape measure and checked against the old dish drainer. This new one is similar to the old dish drainer it will be replacing. Our old one is better made, and sturdier. This new one is not level. My husband has put some plastic under one leg to make it level. It's very lightweight. For the money, it's not bad. We've had the old one it's replacing for 12 years. I doubt this new one will last that long.

Not the most sturdy of erections!
Looks good and I like the pieces that attach to the soft for lids and cutlery but it was not easy to put together. The spanner is neither use nor ornament and it’d be easier to turn the screws with a blunt butter knife. The screws reach a certain point then stick rigidly. Consequently, it is unbalanced and rickety.Furthermore, the bottom of the compartment for cutlery isn’t smooth. It’s made of some kind of metal with small holes inside but the metal isn’t flat and looks like it’s been made in haste by an amateur (reminds me of something I made in metalwork at school). As I say, it looks nice but if I hadn’t waited so long to attempt to put it together, thus meaning it was too late to return, I would’ve definitely sent it back - my fault for procrastinating! Let’s see how long it lasts.
