Works as it should, easy to get into, high quality, temp control easy to work with, stability on table is good or the floor, good value and makes good clean design presses.

So I purchased this to add sublimation to my Laser business. Item arrived, waited until I had power in my workshop, then hooked it up. First I sublimated some practice Business cards, they came out Not as intended, they were brown on one side, deep grey on the other, when both were supposed to be black. Then I tried 3 sublimation kitchen towels, first came out VERY faded, Second, after leaving it on the press for 4 minutes instead of 1, came out still faded, but not nearly as bad, and the 3rd, after cranking the heat up to max, of 482, and leaving it on for 3 minutes, came out close to right, but not nearly as vibrant as it should have. So I pulled out an IR Thermometer. The display said the heat press was at 482 Degrees, the IR said it was 308 Degrees. Called amazon to see if there was a way to recalibrate it, there was not, and they did not even offer to send me a new one, only offered a full refund. Obviously, No I do not recommend this.

I LOVE this heat press, BUT, the fumes from it are SO bad that it makes me sick. Hence the 4 stars... Gives me headaches, makes me feel terrible. It's definitely the pad that puts off the fumes, so I'm researching and going to order a different pad. But, the press works great! Heats up quick, only takes about 60 seconds (for what I use it for). It's sturdy, easy to use, looks nice, and has a good size heat plate on it. Would definitely recommend, but, buy a different heat pad for it before using it. Trust me. Breathing in the toxic fumes are not good for you, and will likely make you sick.

This review is for the orange clamshell mug press. We have had great luck with these presses. They have lasted a really long time. We have had some that easily accommodate 15 oz mugs and some tgat you are a really tight fit. As long as I make sure that the artwork is at least 3/8” away from the ends of the paper (towards the handle) they cook perfectly every time.

I only gave 3 stars because I'm sure it would've been great if I hadn't have to send it back. I can only speak for the box I received so with that being said, there were 2 missing pieces and without those 2 pieces it was impossible to put together let alone use. The direction booklet was missing diagram #3. Probably could have figured it out though. I requested a refund.

Best purchase Ive made in a while. Grat for small projects. Easy to handle, fun to use.
