My Little Pony Early Reader: Twilight Sparkle's Princess Spell: Book 1 Paperback – 11 Feb. 2016

This was bought for my 6 year old grand-daughter who enjoyed it immensely. The story was engaging and although there were odd words she stumbled over, it would be fine for her to read on her own as well as sharing with an adult.

Got this for world book day as my little girl wanted to go as Twilight..... I know buying the book to fit the outfit s a bit of a cheat, but she loves it!It is split into chapters so you can read in sections. Not as many pictures as my LG would have liked, but she still enjoyed the story.

Daughter likes it very much, and although it says for early readers, it is still a little too advanced for my 6 year old.

This is perfectly suited to my 5 year old. She's able to read 99% independently but it is challenging enough to keep her sounding out new and unfamiliar words when she needs to. She's engaged and excited and once she starts she can't stop! She's read each of the 3 parts (multiple chapters) in a single sitting.

These books are great for the early readers. My daughter has enjoyed them so much she's really improved in her reading skills.
