Green Lentil2. Wheat Flour3. Salt4. Sugar5. Sodium Bicarbonate6. Onion7. Garlic8. Soy Lecithin9. AsafoetidaSteps of Cooking:1. Add water slowly to the packet of National Dahi Bara Batter Mix till it form a thick paste. Leave the paste for 10 to 15 minutes.2. Wet your hands thoroughly. Shape the paste into thin "Baras" (thin flat cakes) with your hands. 3. Heat oil in a wok. Fry the "Baras" on  low flame till golden brown, then remove the "Baras" and place it in luke warm water for 10 to 15 minutes.4. Remove the "Baras" from water and gently squeeze the extra water.5. Whisk yogurt till it is smooth and pour half of it into a dish. Spread the "Baras" on top and then pour the remaining yogurt.6.
