I got this set of pouches because our old waterproof map/directions cover started leaking on a recent very wet walk. The largest one is a good size for this purpose, quite sturdy and seems to work well, although it hasn't been tested in heavy rain yet - if anything it is a little over-engineered as the fold-over fastening on its own would do the job without the zip. My only other issue is that the frosted back is not ideal for reading through but it can be done - it would much be better if it was totally transparent though.

Kept all my electronic gadgets dry on the Summers camping trips.

Bought for my daughter who is a scout going on a survival skill weekend. This product was ideal to keep her items dry that she needed for the weekend the biggest bag was about a4 size but managed to get one set of clothes in it in case the weather was bad.

Perfect for DofE walks to hold map/route cards in med it large and used med size to keep whistle, lip balm and compass in.

Not waterproof i'm afraid. I very nearly damaged a very expensive set of car keys with the smallest of the bags. The cord/lanyard had been pulled much too tightly and broken the small circular ring that goes through the bag. The result being that it was effectively a hole in the bag allowing water ingress. It was lucky for me that I noticed it early, before too much water had seeped in, otherwise I would have had to pay for a new key-less fob for my car.

The seal on one bag came off the first time I tried to open it. Other 2 ok so far..

Used it for about 40min. It was in the pocket of my board shorts and after I came out of the water it was filled with water. Tried it a couple of more times in case I didn't seal it probably but the same results. Useless pretty much
