It works so well with my periods! My cramps are so much better, my moods are better my breast aren’t so sore and the best is that I’m not heavy as much as I was before I started taking this oil. It takes a month to start working in your system. I take it every night when I go to bed. I works trust me!

I have always had bad circulation in my feet, and now that I have reached the age of another stage of the joy of womanhood I am bothered by that more than I was when I was younger. I get plenty of exercise and lots of sleep so you would think that might help, but no - it doesn't seem like anything free works. So, hence I bought these because I read that evening primrose helps. It has only been a few days but already my feet don't hurt and swell as much at the end of the day, and I haven't checked but I suspect it is also helping a lot more of me. These are the biggest pills I have ever taken however - and I have taken some pretty big ones in my life that were at least as long, but not as wide too. I find that taking a gulp of water along with a capsule and then tossing my head back quickly works to make it easier to go down - somewhat like a seal swallowing a fish.

I used this product to help delay a period for an event. After researching, I decided I would take up to 1500 mg 4-7 leading up to my expected period. In my case, it worked! My expected period was delayed by 2 days — just what I needed to skip an important date.What I was NOT expecting was my next cycle to be the most impacted by my EPO use. My next period came 2 wks later than usual and I felt like I was pmsing for more weeks. I learned that EPO mimics the role of estrogen in the body and can increase production of certain prostaglandins. This action can lead to delayed or irregular menstrual cycle due to the elevated estrogen levels. My cycle went back to normal by the 3rd month after I used the EPO but just a word of caution
