I received a happy and healthy lime tree today. It was very well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition.In general the dark green leaves were in really good shape, and they are thick and robust leaves so they seem to ship very well. I set my under a shade tree where it will get morning sun, to slowly acclimate it to our altitude and climate for a couple weeks before I repot it into a large planter.It is very much like the picture for the listing, but I think my tree looks a little better, with darker green leaves.I'm at the southern border by Mexico, but 6 months ago it was below 18ºf for 2 weeks, so no lime tree will survive the winter outside here in the mountains... So the front entry sky-light will have a kaffir lime tree for the winter months, it will be our christmas tree... ;) Oh, and with lemongrass planted in the same pot hopefully... part of my indoor/outdoor flavor garden... Curry trees, guancal... most other things they have at the grocery store.

This is a beautiful plant. I paid the exorbitant shipping rate for expedited delivery because of the summer heat conditions and the fact it was coming from Florida to Colorado. (Also it was a holiday at the end of the week.) Two day shipping. The second day I got a notice it was going to be delayed a week. I requested a refund on the expedited shipping. The second day in the evening I got an update saying it would be delivered the evening of Day 3. It was. It was packed very professionally. It was labeled as FRAGILE. The soil was still slightly damp. Multiple branches with stake support. All the leaves were intact and it was well hydrated. 100% happy with the end result. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

The tree is barely 2 feet tall, but it is beautiful and healthy. The packaging was done so securely that it didn't loose a leaf or an ounce of soil. Great job!

Received much earlier than expected (Thank you!). Very nicely packed. . No damage, all leaves intact. Beautiful large plant (32 inches tall, ground up). Abundant new growth. Well developed roots. Glad to have bought the kaffir lemon tree from this seller.

Please don't buy it. I purchased it, so I'll wait and see how the fruit turns out; it's orange, round, and not bumpy like Kuffer lime. Don't waste your money.

It did not freeze to death. The packing was well-insulated. The plant size is as advertised, the quality is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.
