This review is for the junction box ONLY, no wiring kit was purchased. Also this review is only from the standpoint of finding a junction box to use for the installation of emergency LED lights and not for trailer use.This box was exactly what I needed, a box with multiple access options, one that’s beefy and has a color coding. This really helped me to install and organize multiple harnesses that I linked in this box, with six positive posts, and I also modified the box to use the seventh post for grounding each of the wire harnesses. The output cord was a six pole 18 gauge wire that went through the firewall, being wired into a 12-gang switch panel. I’ll add photos and shoot some footage of how I wired. The box has plenty of interior space and functions quite well for my needs I’ll add photos and a video and update as things happen.

I purchased a 1988 3500 flatbed with none of the lighting on the rear. The previous owner had twisted wiring hanging everywhere, some without even tape. Everything was removed back to factory harness. After mounting all of the lights, trailer plug receptacle, and this terminal strip, landing the new wiring was a cinch. It will also make replacing a bad light in the future a cinch.

Very happy with this item. Thick plastic, nice seals, and great color coded wiring with stickers to remind you where everything goes.

Showed up super quick! Had to rewire my trailer after my running lights stopped working. Directions were very straightforward and it was easy to install. The box is easy to mount since it’s on the smaller side, and everything is labeled very clearly on the inside. Only complaint is that the 7-pin plug is excessively long but it’s not that big of a deal.

Seems to take a little extra force to seat it in the vehicle socket, but everything works so I'm happy.
