The size is bigger than I expected!
When I received the salt block I was pleasantly surprised at how large it was, I was expecting a small cube that would last maybe a month but the size of the block will definitely last long term. My rabbit loves it and it's easy to hook up with the rope it came with!

Himalayan salt is supposed to be healthy for hamsters to eat as it contains the salt and minerals they lack in their diet. It is also good for knawing on. Milo, my hamster, hasn't really paid much interest to it. Rather he gives it a slight lick and leaves it. But this means it'll last a while1. Value for money. It will definitely last a while and a slight lick covers your tongue in salt. Trust me... We were curious so we tried it ourselves. Very very very salty. Like eating a table spoon of salt with a millimeter lick.2. Thickness. I mean it's very thick which is great. The rope might give way though which will be frustrating.3. Flavour.... Salt?4. I would definitely recommend... Makes at least your hamsters home looked pimped up.5. Size... About the size of a golf ball. Probably a little bigger.

Our rabbit enjoyed using these salt licks.We found they were especially good in the hot weather when he probably needed extra salt.They seem to be good quality and lasted a reasonable amount of time. They did not have any smell to them (not to us anyway, but probably did to the rabbit!)Would buy again.

Big salt rock, good value for money!
My winter white dwarf hamster would never get through all this. The salt rock is massive and I tie it to his cage but he doesn’t seem to bother with it too much. All the same I put it in in case he fancies some but he uses it to climb up the bars of his cage more than anything.
