Seems like a good cable.
Got this for my Mac to connect a USB C hub. The hub itself has a sort cable and wanted to be able to put it under the desk out of the way. Received this today and used to link the hub to my Mac. Works great, nice cable fit and finish all looks good. Not used it for charging but for what I need it works great and I am happy with it

Can't carry data and video
This is the third USB-C extension I've tried now and all so far have failed. With the new NVidia GPUs, you get a 'Virtualnk' port (USB-C data and video). Using a USB-C hub, you can connect a Rift to this and it works perfectly. However, all of the hubs on the market seem to have ~3 inch cables (presumably as they're mostly designed for Macbooks) and what I really want it to sit the hub on my desk for ease of access, hence the search for a USB-C extension. This cable does not work for that purpose. The Rift is detected by the PC, so data is working, but there's no video in the HMD so video is not. Seems to be the case with all these extensions that they're not able to cope with that volume of throughput.
