Handy Little Cooker for Quick Meals Anywhe
This Audecook electric hot pot has become my go-to for quick and easy meals, especially when I don’t feel like using the stove. It heats up fast and cooks everything from ramen to stir-fry evenly. The dual power settings are super useful—low heat for gentle cooking and high for frying or boiling. I love that it comes with a small steamer and a non-stick surface that’s easy to clean. It’s lightweight and compact, which makes it great for travel, dorm rooms, or small kitchens. Definitely a helpful little cooker to have around!

The cutest little cooking pot, and it works well
Received my Audecook Hot Pot 2L yesterday, and washed it first, after reading the instructions. Cute little pot, but it really does heat up nicely. I made Green Chili Stew with potatoes, carrots, hamburger, garlic, salt, and chicken broth -- the potatoes browned nicely, and the hamburger cooked along with the potatoes without a problem. No sticking, and I did use olive oil in the pot. The cover helps the food steam so that it actually cooks a little faster -- that was nice. I added some water while the potatoes were cooking to speed up the process -- What I like about it is that when I turned it off, and the food cooled, I turned it back on and in a very short time it was bubbling and heating up nicely. That for me was a real plus as well. I didn't use the highest temperature as the middle range worked well for me for this dish. All in all, if it continues to work like this I will probably buy a second pot, in case I need to be cooking two things at the same time. It is small enough to work on the counter, easy to clean, and though the pot is not huge, it works for a 1-2 person meal quite well. You will have leftovers if you are cooking for 1. Performance was nice, efficient, and quick to heat up. Did not have a hot pan on the outside, as I did touch it to check how hot the outside might get. Handle does not heat up. I'm hoping to try heating oil to make sopipillas (fried bread using tortilla dough) and see how it works. If it does it will be a real joy to use. It is deep enough to have a 3/4" of oil in it and do one sopipilla at a time. Other things I want to try is making a cake in it -- I used to make cakes in my electric skillet, with the top on it actually cooks well, and you just tip the pan over on a plate and voila you have a nice cake to frost and eat! I also make Chinese food a lot, so I want to try using it in place of a wok, see how it works out. If they ever make another pot that is 3L, I will definitely buy it ...especially if it works as well as this one. I'm having a lot of fun experimenting with different dishes to see how it works. So far very pleased with its performance.

This Audecook Hot Pot Electric 2L, Cermic Glaze Non-Stick Frying Pan 8 Inch, Portable Travel Cooker is just perfect for easy clean cooking for on or two people. I used it the same day it was delivered for my evening meal. It made my baby bok Choi with onions, & mushrooms in the bottom and heated sliced roast lamb on the top in the steamer basket just perfectly! It functions perfectly, no sticking, and extremely easy clean up is a bonus. I look forward to making this cooker my main go to for a variety of different meals. This cooker will make my summer meals a joy, and without heating up my kitchen. A great value for adding to my cooking tools, and too cute! This cooker is perfect for those cooking for one!

Rv vanlife tiny home MUST HAVE!
RV & Vanlife MUST HAVE! Cuts my cooking time almost in half! Uses wayyyyy less electricity than an air fryer or microwave. Very versatile.I pretty much cook EVERYTHING in this. Or i have a rice cooker, and a mini grill. Since it uses such a small amount of electricity, i can use 2 of these in any combination without tripping the breaker.I cook everything from eggs, pancakes, steaks, ramen, noods, tortillas, rice, sauces.Easily portable, just unplug. Keeps food hot for a very long time. The lowest temp setting will boil water very quickly and you will burn things if you dont check on it frequently. I have to turn it off for a few minutes and back on, sometimes several times, to keep it from burning things. But it can definitely put a hefty sear some meat super easily.I love the steamer basket.THINGS I WOULD CHANGE(read: how to get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)I’d remove the two setting knob and replace with one you can endlessly adjust the temp. It would allow the ability to maintain specific temperatures and simplify the cooking process.
