Amazing Service
As soon I returned the camera because of a problem with image quality, and the out-tracking function. I was contacted by TONGVEO and they sent me a new camera so I could try it out.The new camera worked great, the image quality was really good, and the auto-tracking function worked just as I was expecting it to.I'm really impressed by the good service and the extra mile that the company went, in order to provide me with a product that I could be happy with.I wish all companies could provide customer service as well as this company did.

Customer Support Bent over backwards to Solve "our" problem!
I am a volunteer with Albuquerque Church (albuquerque.church) and have been attempting to solve various problems with our Sunday YouTube streaming (even though I know very little about the streaming environment). the camera kept freezing in the middle of the Sunday service so I contacted Tongveo and was put in touch with Sophia at Tongveo customer support. Sophia stayed with me for several emails, several weeks and several different problem-solving ideas, even sending me a new camera. While it turned out to be a problem on our end with cabling and other tech, Tongveo never hesitated in working with us to find a solution. In my opinion they went above and beyond and I strongly recommend Tongveo!
