How many sheets of paper can one pocket hold?

It depends on how thick the paper is but I would think 25 to 30 sheets, I don't know for sure.

NO They are for loose leaf A4 paper not laminating, look for `Laminating pouches`

looking to hold stamps and cutting dies in these. Would they be suitable?

Hi, they are A4 size and very strong, I use them to store my card making card stock as they keep them in perfect condition without bending, in an A4 ring binder. I buy them all the time because they are the strongest I have ever found. Hope that helps. Irene
