Really impressed with these!
Stick to the inside of my shoe, can be a bit of a fiddle depending on where it rubs, but once on they stop you blistering in the area that it’s stuck, and it hasn’t come off since I put it on, stopped me having to pay for blister plasters too so worth the one time payment here!

Amazing blister plasters have made unusable shoes like new
Purchased these based on online reviews after purchasing a pair of Alphafly 2 which have an uncomfortable arch which is too high for me. These plasters have resolved my comfort issues and have made these shoes like new. Amazing comfort, good value for money, good sticking ability, high quality and easy to use and install. Instant pain relief! Would recommend.

Excessive heat felt
Application ok. The feel felt the step between pad and insole. Also after 5 to 6 miles the heat off the pad to the foot was quite warm.I removed them from the shoe as 26 miles with them could be worse than blisters.Unfortunately not for me.

Good protection
All the trainers I currently buy seem to be made from a fabulous of that my toes go through within weeks! That’s an expensive flaw which is where these come in. I’ve got these on a few pairs and been invaluable so far. Could be stockier but pretty darn good overall

They just work!
I have tried different socks, insoles and even shoes to try and prevent blisters from playing badminton. I play up to 4 times a week and take good care of socks, shoes and feet but with no joy. These patches are fantastic. I am using the large oval patches on the ball of my foot, and towards the big toe.If they were going to come off they would do here, so I recommend following the instructions. I left my insoles out of my shoes for 48 hours to ensure they were bone dry before applying. If you are struggling with friction blisters even in well fitting shoes, these in combination with a good pair of socks are fantastic.

Useless if you already have blisters, also pretty rubbish shape
UPDATED REVIEW:I had purchased 2 of these packs, one for the shoes I was wearing and got blisters from, and another from a similar pair - I fit the second pair in exactly the same place as the first where I got the blisters, and amazingly I got blisters in another place on my heel! As mentioned in my original review, if you're not psychic, you won't know where you're going to get blisters, so these can be (and were for me) useless.I'd highly recommend getting the square patches - I have since purchased the larger patches, fitted them to newer shoes and had ZERO issues, not only have I had no blisters, but it's almost like the shoes are more comfortable to walk in.If you believe that these patches work every time for you, I have a special item to sell you, it's a shark, tiger and bear repellent, I've not been attacked by a single wild animal while I'm wearing it, so it MUST work, right?ORIGINAL REVIEW:If you have heel blisters, don't bother with these things, they do nothing to help... after getting some new shoes & getting blisters on both heels I tried to find solutions for the pain, and thought that because of the reviews that these might be OK, and they do nothing apart from when the sticky part comes away from the shoe and sticks to your socks, then you get even more hassle than they're worthI can only presume that these are meant to be used as soon as you get new shoes, before you even know if you'll get blisters, and then when you don't, the company will claim credit for something that might not have happened (reminds me of "look at my tiger repellent, I haven't been attacked by tigers in the middle of the city, so it must be working")As designs go, the oval is pretty useless - you have to know exactly where the blister would form, and then hope to get the centre of the oval in the area that could cause rubbing - new shoes don't work like that, they can rub in different positions (my blisters are in a different position on the left compared to the right)! If you're thinking about looking at something like this, ignore these ovals and go for the square block, at least that way you can have coverage on a larger area of the back of the shoe, and trim it to fit as well as you wantOverall, these are useless if you already have blisters, and only work if you're psychic & know where you'll get the blisters before you get them!

Underrated fix
These work great, can't recommend enough. The heel specific ones are better in the heel of a shoe than these.
