Its fantastic for the money!!! No problems at all

The new hot tub is leaking air upon first inflation tried to speak to ’customer support’ on the number provided. Person that answered said they don’t deal with any kind of problems!What kind of an outfit does that???

So easy to set up much better than I imagined

Was easy to set up, instructions very easy to follow. The only things I would change is the lid, it would be nice if it was insulated, I’ve had to buy a separate insert to insulate the lid so it’s not wasting so much electricity.

The bad new first but read on till the better good news further onFirst off I was not impressed due to it took four weeks to arrive but that was down to DPD who at times had the tub sitting in the same depot for three days on three separate occasions at three of their depotsThat was not the suppliers fault thoughIt is fitted with a European plug but an adaptor was provided but it did not fit the plug from the tub so I had to buy another adapter.before I could even inflate it.The electrics ie the plug and the Safety cut off I was not confident to begine with as you can not simply pug and play as it would be exposed to the rain so again I could not use as I had to buy an outdoor waterproof electrical junction box plus the lead isbt long enough I had to buy a waterproof extention all at a cost of £35ONow the good news I highly recommend this hot tubI have owned three of its competitors brand the L Z SPARthis heats up 3 times faster than the LZS and keeps it's temperature far far betterIt's neater than the LZS as the pump etc are all built inI would highly recommend this hot tub despite some of the initial down sides

Comes with British plug converter as two pin plug which keeps tripping very bad connections

A bit on the small side heating not greatManual says 40 degrees plus/ minus 2 degrees I can't get it above 39

Bought this product because many lazy spar’s are round, this being square suited our requirements much better.Very pleased with the spar & having an integrated pump system makes for easy access all around.Easy to get up and running & at an affordable price…
