A great spoon for all your cooking.
I purchased this spoon 3 years ago, and I must say I have never been disappointed with its usefulness. It's the ultimate cooking spoon for any skillet or pot (not for Teflon). We cook in cast iron on a daily basis and this spoon is the perfect match for cast iron. It has a good length, weight and well. This spoon is made of stainless steel and will last you for a lifetime.

Perfect Spoon!
I love this spoon! It has a long handle that is great for stirring big pots. It also works great as a serving spoon. As others have stated it is thin. I almost didn't buy it because of the reviews but I am so happy that I did. It is very sturdy and fits my hand perfectly for making gravies and roux. Just perfect!

Roux making easy!
I've been wanting to purchase a spoon with a flat tip for a while now. I'm so happy I purchased this spoon. Very durable, and has been great for making roux for gumbo.

And... Light Weight is the draw back.
This spoon is great for stirring simmering soup and for stirring fruit when making jam. The spoon "bowl" does exactly what I expected it to do: stir a cooking mixture fully on the bottom on the pot. The "light weight" problem is in the handle. The metal is spread out to make a wide handle to aesthetically balance the width of the bowl. but the edges of the handle are uncomfortable to hold. The spoon is not too hot to handle, but using a potholder improves ones ability to comfortably hold the spoon when stirring.

Just what your SS sauce pan always neeeded
Sturdy, 18-8 Winco rounded-corner 'buffet spoon' of a large serving size, comfort is less than ideal as the handle edges are a tad 'sharp' on the hand, but it's sturdy and even better than expected overall. Good bowl capacity, great flat stackability, large hanging hole in handle.

Cajun Roux Spoon is Great!
I’m a Cajun from South Louisiana and this Roux spoon is great! So easy to use and BIG enough to handle our Cajun gumbo, stews, and just any large dish you can make. It’s perfect for large amounts to feed a big family or a crowd of friends!

Great spoon for the money
Spoon is very light but durable. Performs as expected and will really get all the edges of the pot. Would definitely recommend!
