Good quality and good looks for a chair.

This small business, OctoRose, CARES if you are satisfied with their products and wants to do right to make their customers happy. This is the first time we were contacted by an Amazon seller to ask why we had to return an item, yet ordered the “same” item as a replacement. From other sellers, we would order the exact same item (per description, different days) only to get a slightly different version from the previous, resulting in our returning the item(s) followed by reordering the same ones in a larger number, compare what’s on hand to identically match what we need, and returning the unmatched item(s). Over a few phone conversations and some photos, it was clear OctoRose was patient, understood our concerns/needs, and was willing to work with us to get it right. In addition to matching the right shade of fabric, OctoRose made sure we received identical texture in the desired quantity. Outstanding customer service!

Using this to reupholster my couch and it’s the perfect material!

This fabric is beautiful. It is soft and multi dimentional. It could be used on either side for different looks. I am having a 50 year old loveseat recovered. I can’t wait to see it finished!
