Q: Could these be used to safely watch a full lunar eclipse?

LUNAR Eclipse, meaning Eclipse of the MOON at night, no glasses needed, can watch directly. Very Important: PLEASE do NOT confuse Lunar Eclipse with Solar Eclipse. A Lunar Eclipse = Moon at night, safe to watch directly, no glasses needed. Solar Eclipse = Sun = daytime, DO NOT WATCH DIRECTLY OR RISK PERMANENT BLINDNESS. These glasses will NOT protect your eyes while looking directly at a SOLAR Eclipse, and are not needed during a LUNAR Eclipse. Read this again to make sure that you understand the difference between a Lunar and Solar eclipse.

Q: What does "full reader lens adaptable" mean. Are the lens full reader or are they bifocal lenses?

These are full reader lenses, +1.5 diopters, NOT bifocals. I had to search a bit to find full-lens safety magnifiers and these are them.

Q: Could these be used to safely watch a full lunar eclipse?

SOLAR and LUNAR eclipses are different! These glasses are NOT ADEQUATE for viewing a SOLAR eclipse (e.g., the upcoming 8/21/2017 total solar eclipse). Please see https://www.space.com/35555-total-solar-eclipse-safety-tips.html By contrast, a LUNAR eclipse (e.g., next year's 1/31/2018 total lunar eclipse) is no brighter than the full moon, and therefore requires no special protection. You asked about LUNAR, but if the question is eye protection, you must really mean SOLAR.

Q: What are the dimension for this item?

They're about 6 inches side to side, at the widest point. Lenses are about 1 1/4" top to bottom and about 2 1/4" side to side - each. Measurements are approx. These offer complete eye protection, even at the sides of your eyes. I'm very happy with mine.
