I got this because I've heard of all the health benefits of Berberine. Plus I thought it wouldn't hurt if it helps me lose a little weight (only looking to lose about 10 lbs, I'm not actually overweight). But taking only one of these 500mg pills a day almost completely took away my appetite after taking them for a couple weeks! I don't feel sick or nauseated, but most food just doesn't sound good at all. So if you're looking to lose weight in that way these might work for you. Personally I don't like my appetite being completely gone though. So I just bought some 250mg berberine pills (another brand) and I'll see if that's better for me. :)

I am taking a star off right away as the title of the ad says 60 day supply but the information on the bottle shows 30 day supply. What's great... beet root powder, black pepper extract and grape seed extract + made in the USA! Although it seems tough to say how well it work, as I've always had normal blood pressure and can't really show improvements (or not) with nitric oxide production and healthy blood flow, I can at least attest steady energy levels throughout the day. Recoveries from 13 - 18 mile runs seem better. The capsules, themselves, are easy to swallow with a gulp of water. No bad aftertaste identified. No negative side effects noted.

I’m on my second bottle of Berberine. I’ve been taking one capsule after each meal, and it definitely makes me feel full for a longer period of time. I don’t have the urge to snack between meals anymore!

I work for NOW Foods and had this product lot # 18/220302A tested in April 2022 by NOW and the independent lab Eurofins. Both results show this product to only be 195-203mg per capsule, nowhere near close to 500mg claim. This product is below 50% potency and should not be sold.

Love my energy is up and my bowels are regular I would say to start 2 a day then 1 then back to 2 because it cleans everything out!
