After comparing other models, I decided to purchase the BreezeHeat 50-inch fireplace. While not quite ready to mount the unit on my wall, BreezeHeat has a smaller thickness than all others making it easier to recess the unit.What I didn't expect was how quickly my office felt warm, only minutes after turning on BreezeHeat! One click is all it takes to toggle between 750W and 1500W (one or two vents blowing heat). My office is approximately 450 square feet, with windows on three sides.This unit runs very quietly and economically. The glass rocks along the bottom and realistic flames that can toggle variations of colors make this a showpiece, especially during cold, dark winter days. Now that Spring is here and I don't need the heat, I still turn on the flame, as it adds ambiance while I write my Chronicles of Rylie Glen novels.I ran into an issue (nothing serious) that opened an opportunity to work with Rocyis, the Amazon Reseller. They were prompt, well-meaning, and supportive of something trivial. I'm confident you'll experience the same for more serious issues.So, when you decide to purchase a 50-inch electric fireplace, which is better than the other small units I considered, buy through Rocyis. It will be one less regret and one warm feeling that you chose well!

I initially received a fireplace with a broken glass front. I started a return and received a response from the vendors customer service representative Vera. She asked if I could provide pictures of the damage, which I did and She told me that they would send another unit out post haste. I received a new fireplace about ten days later. The unit was in good order and I am very pleased. It looks great and the it heats well. I'm still playing with the flame options and learning the remote, but I like it very much and the vendors customer service was excellent.

Easy assembly, looks beautiful and throws off a lot of heat

I bought this electric fireplace back in March 2024. Finally writing a review 8months later. Let me tell you how amazing this fireplace is.. you can simply adjust using their remote (they give you two). Quiet. So many color combinations to choose from. Cheaper compared to other competitors and really beautiful too. But, nothing can top their customer service. Only this month I messaged them asking if I could get a remote replacement because my dogs chewed both of the remote.. and they sent me a remote for free!! 8months later! So yes, five star everywhere!!!

Works great. Puts out way more heat than the last one I had. Actually heats up my large family room in about 20 minutes. I even noticed if I run it all day my furnace thermostat doesn't kick on and the rest of my house gets kind of chilly. It isn't as quiet as advertised but the noise doesn't bother me as it's expected fan noise and honestly I bought it for the amount of heat and Air. The has several different colors and dimmer features all work and are similar to other electric fireplaces. Mounting it was realivly easy. I never used remote but I assume it works.

This is absolutely a beautiful fireplace! Love it!!

I purchased the item in August 24 and mounted on my wall. Product worked as advertised - no issue other than a quiet clicking noise, presumably from the motor that rotates the flames. After maybe 2-3 sessions of use (January 25), possibly 2-3 total hours, device is not unresponsive and does not turn on. Seller contacted but has not responded. :(

Perfect centerpiece for my entertainment wall. Love the color options and sleek look.
