Delivered damage but made good two days later
Samsung is a good quality. It’s just their workers are not on even on delivery, From the warehouse it had a sign on the washer DAMAGED but the workers sent it out anyway they didn’t wanna set it up and they just dumped it in the driveway when we unwrap it. It was damaged bad but Samsung made it good then they sent a new washer and dryer and made it good but later we found out they crushed the dryer vent tube and we had to replaced it, Again it is the worker fault it’s hard to get good help these days.

Nightmare Seller
The set arrived with a dented dryer. Didn't want to be difficult but it turned out it couldn't spin properly bc of it.We unwrapped it and installed it. Ran noisily for a couple of weeks, then it began getting worse that the drum was rubbing, grinding, and free spinning.Contacted Samsung for warranty service. They hire an appliance repair man to service it. After taking it apart. He said they couldn't fix it under warranty because it was damaged during shipping.Contacted seller who said it wasn't rheir problem, to contact Samsung. The return hoops you have to go through is just another hassle and at YOUR expense.They don't even send the proper packaging materials to return it.No thank you Heartland Home Goods.

Frustrated but satisfied
I love my washer and dryer handle with care and nothing seems to b wrong. Not happy I had to pay extra for the parts for but the overall condition and care of my washer and dryer was phenomenal. Shot out the my delivery guys.

Nice set BUT….
This is a nice set & works fine HOWEVER when I received it it had a nice size dent on the side & one in the front.
