I needed a chainsaw to tackle this monster that fell during a storm last year, and this 20 inch was the cheapest Amazon had to offer. The saw cuts like a hot knife through butter, exceptionally satisfied!

Took awhile to get this GTHAN 62cc Gas Chainsaw started the first time but after that it would start on the first pull and ran great, no adjustments needed. Revs up with no problem and has good power cutting hardwoods.The overall quality of materials and construction is surprisingly good, better than I expected, making this chainsaw (when on sale) a good value.However, plan on buying a new chain - Oregon 21BP072, 0.325, .058, 72 tooth. The supplied chain is probably the cheapest chain I have ever encountered. Every 5 or so cuts I had to readjust it. Eventually after about 30 cuts it wasn't stretching as much but was about 1/3 as sharp as when I started. So plan on buying a chain when/if you buy this chainsaw, especially if you are planning on making a lot of cuts when you first get the chainsaw. And if you use the supplied chain, make sure check the chain slack after every cut as you do not want the chain coming off the bar as it did for one reviewer.

Received chainsaw earlier this year. Had it being winter I haven’t used. It looked solid. This past weekend I was going to get it going. Filled the fuel tank and chain case oil up. Then noticed that the gas tank was leaking all over. Have no idea how but to think it’s defective. It sure who to contact to solve this issue. It’s definitely unusable. Tried a number I found but always no awnser or call back from leaving my messages.

only things i dislike is i set the brake on the chainsaw when i first put it together and almost burnt up the clutch. I also do not like the plastic chain adjuster. The chain itself went dull fairly quickly, however the chainsaw has some excellent power and starts up good. Excellent purchase for the money. Made a major project manageable.

Honestly, this saw is amazing overall and was pretty easy to assemble and start. The reason why I knocked off one star was because one of the holes for the bump spike was not threaded or tapped at the factory. Luckily, I have a set at home and I was able to tap it in less than 5 minutes. This goes to show that there is a lack of quality control at the factory. I see other reviews also have minor issues like this.Other than that, the saw was easy to assemble and started right up. It uses a 25:1 fuel ration which is about 5oz oil to 1 gallon or 40 milliliters oil to 1 gallon.What is in the box other than the chainsaw:- Chain- Extra Spark Plug- Manual- Screwdriver for tensioner- Wrench- rope- rod- Fuel ratio mixing container- FunnelThis DOES NOT come with:- Chain oil- 2 stroke engine oilSo be sure to buy that along with it.After putting it together, this thing started after just 4 pulls and I was able to cut through a few pieces of thick oak to test.I guess I will have to come back and update this review once I put it through good use. Yes, the initial startup is great but that does not mean it wont fail down the road. For now, I recommend you give it a try for the price. This is less than half the price of other major brands and if you have a large job where you need a chainsaw to get you through, this will do even if it only lasts that job. Price alone will probably mean you still profit.

Easy to assemble, put oil and fuel in it and fired right up after a couple of pulls, went to work cutting a tree, cuts through that tree like a hot knife through butter!! Comes with everything you need, it’s great!

I wasn't expecting alot out of this chainsaw. But it starts on the first pull when warmed up. Maybe the 3rd pull with the choke on when cold. It cuts so nice and effortless, this thing is a beast! My brother was so impressed with this saw after he used it, he bought one too. The chain had to be tightened once after initial start up and first use but after a cord of wood, it's still doesn't need tightening. The chain seems to be good quality. It's still sharp. The only thing we have both noticed is that you go thru fuel pretty fast. That might just be the nature of bigger saws. Power is abundant with this thing. It never bogged down. How long will it last, I don't know but if I had to buy a cord of wood, it would of been more then the chainsaw cost so it has already paid for itself minus my labor. It's a good deal for home owners.
