TORQUE Airbag Air Bag Suspension Kit for 2017-2025 Ford F250 F350 4WD only and F450 2WD 4WD F-250 F-350 F-450 Super Duty Rear Helper Bag Spring 5000 lbs (Replaces Firestone Ride Rite 2625) (TR2625)

I have been waiting patiently for Airlift to release their Air Springs for the 2023 Super Duty trucks. In the meantime I have tried a couple other brands that claim to fit 2023 to no avail. I was about to order the Firestone version when I ran across these as "replacements". I saw a video of an install and the kit does appear to have may similarities. It arrived well packaged. The instructions are very clear and outline different install methods between those that have the bump stop and those that don't. For trucks with the bump stop the install is quite simple and does not interfere significantly with any of the brake hardware mounted to the axle, which is the problem I had with some other brands. I had to move one cable and bend a tab for a cable mount, all in all a simple process once I had a grasp of what needed to be done. It's been installed, I've done a few test drives to check that parts aren't shifting, and I'm very happy with the results at this time. I recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative that installs with minimal frustration.

Deliverd quickly and fit my application. (2019 F-350). Installation was easy and bags performed flawlessly.

This is a good set of springs. But the washers the come with it are the wrong size and needs to be corrected. I had a couple of issues like the air bag was leaking but I have to say, the customer is service won me over. They are super responsive and sent out replacement parts right away. I don't expect everything to be perfect all the time and when it's not satisfactory, I appreciate a company willing to make it right. I've bought multiple sets of airbags from Torque and have piece of mind they will be there if something goes wrong. The install isn't too bad and I hooked this up to an airlift compressor and manifold, wireless one.

Very easy to install, the only draw back is the valve stems leak sometimes and you have to remove shrader valve clean it and re install

Not the greatest air bag system. Directions were somewhat unclear. Try having someone other than the engineer write the instructions. Additionally, not easily installed. I have done multiple sets on other trucks. Typical install time 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. These took me about 1-1/2 hours. Too many bolt variations, just not an easy install. The alignment pin on top of bag is a pain in the butt. Do not like carriage bolts used to anchor the bottom of bags, U-Bolt around axle would be preferred. However the Bags it's self appears to be of high quality, although the push lock air hose connector was cracked and leaked until replaced with a higher quality fitting.Only Purchased because was the only product available for my 2023 F350

I had some issues with this product but the company made it right. After explaining my circumstances they fixed the problem.Satisfied customer

I have installed about 15 sets of these so not my first go. These are not the quality of Firestone bags and on install one of the quick valves leaked. Trying to get the company to send me one was a bit much. They wanted me to crawl under the vehicle and photograph the valve leaking with soapy water. This is a 3 dollar part I’m asking for that has no other purpose than this airbag. Not only did I throw a big enough for that they didn’t make me take a picture but I let them know how disappointed I was with their customer service. I would not buy this name product again ever.
