I feel I got more than expected.
When I ordered this chair I did it because I tried to put a love seat in the basement but I could not get it down the stairs. So I decided to do a chair for watching TV and gaming. It had to fit down the stairs, the basement is cold so I thought heat would be a good option. Reclining was a plus so I did not have to have yet another piece of furniture in an small area. I was looking to stay between 200 and 300. I found this chair and ordered it. It came quicker than expected, actually half did which was confusing at first but somehow the 2 boxes got separated at some point. I would say it was pretty easy to put together as no bolts are required. After it was all said and done I found out this chair also swivels, rocks and have message in it. All things I did not notice when ordering it. I have used it for about 3 weeks and so far I am very happy with it. I use the message way more than I expected it to. The only complaint I have is that the controller for the heat and message can not be read in the low light. Not a deal breaker. Not thick leather so if you have animals or kids...... might be an issue down the line.

Great Value
It arrived in 2 boxes. 1st box with base arrived in 1 day. 2nd box with both armrests and back arrived the next day. Very easy to put together and everything works great. Very comfortable to sit in and recline. I'm 5'9" and 310lbs so I was worried but it's great and I have plenty of room. The only thing I can't speak on would be how long the quality will last however at this price I really don't think you will regret it. My advice is to buy it. I didn't have a tracking number for the 2nd box at first but after an email to the seller they gave me one so you just have to ask for it.

Good product for the money.
In the realm of “you get what you pay for,” this chair exceeds expectations, but not by a lot. Appearance is surprisingly good, the leather supple and of decent quality, stitching even, etc. Motor is quiet, seems up to the task. Small things make you realize this is not “fine furniture,” but a well disguised piece of equipment. Chair arms are obviously made of 2x4 forms, covered with leather and topped with a well-padded cushion that on mine is just slightly, if annoyingly, off-center - so that the sharp edge of the 2X4 pinches against slightly an arm or elbow, if your arm is not raised up onto the armrest, but instead is relaxed at your side. Chair was a life-saver for me following back surgery, and allows a wide range of positions. Cord on the heating/vibration unit is substantially shorter than that of the main remote, for no apparent reason; I find the cup holder a good place to rest the control. Pillow is the proper size, not too firm, although smaller people may need some additional support. Seat box is quite large, suitable for a large man; those with shorter legs (me, at 5’6”) may need to prop a pillow behind your back for full lumbar support. Very good value for its price range; better than expected.

Uncomfortable and difficult to use.
I recently purchased a recliner and have a few concerns to share regarding its comfort and functionality.…Arm ComfortOne of the main issues is with the armrests. The inside of the arms feels like wood, which becomes uncomfortable over time. There isn't enough padding to provide a cushioned feel, making it less ideal for extended use. This hard surface can detract from the overall comfort that one expects from a recliner.…Footrest MechanismAnother significant issue is the footrest mechanism. It's quite different from what I'm used to and requires more effort to push down. This could be problematic for individuals with limited strength or mobility, as it demands a bit of force to operate. A smoother and more user-friendly mechanism would greatly improve the experience.…Overall Comfort and UsabilityAside from these concerns, the recliner does have some positive aspects. The backrest offers good support, and the overall design is aesthetically pleasing. However, the discomfort from the armrests and the difficulty with the footrest significantly impact the usability and comfort of the recliner.…ConclusionWhile this recliner has potential with its supportive backrest and attractive design, the hard feeling inside the armrests and the challenging footrest mechanism are notable drawbacks. These factors should be carefully considered before making a purchase, especially if you prioritize comfort and ease of use in a recliner.

I’ve waited to review
I waited to make a review because I wanted to see how well it held up after the other reviews. I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been used daily. Pros every thing works still. I’ve slept in it as well and it still works great. The heat is not hot it’s just good enough. The massage is actually decent and you can change from high to low. You can change the setting timer from 15,30 and 60 minutes. You can choose to only massage certain parts. I think it’s well worth the money. Cons I wish it reclined flatter so you could lay more flat. I have to use a pillow in my lumbar area because it starts hurting quickly. But overall it’s great. Putting it together was simple. I will come back and update if it falls apart after I review this. I’m hoping the material lasts.
