Iv’ve been on this for well over 2 years. All Iknow is what I have learned about telomeres from verified websites about telomeres. Telemetes are not always checked unless you have a full blown blood test. One of my doctors wanted a deep dive big blood test. They sent my primary care doctor the results as a courtesy. At my next visit yo him he said wow your telemetes are unbelievably long! It was at that moment I knew it was WELL WORTH IT!I deny myself other things to be sure I have these.
