It works pretty well dor what I needed
The media could not be loaded. I have a Jackery 290 and got the solar panel to use with it. It took about 5 hours to charge 100% of the battery. I live in Puerto Rico so I have no issues with no sun here :)

Does not connect with the Jackery Explorer 300
Does not connect with the Jackery Explorer 300 even though it says it does in the description. I'm sure it'll work with it provided they gave you the actual adapter which they didn't. So now I'm looking for an adapter that actually does fit so I can Hook up the solar panel to the power input on the jackery explorer 300. The integrity solar panel 120 watts did come with and adapter but it does not fit. Other than that, the Integra 120 watt solar panel is a nice bit of kit if only I could hook it to my solar generator.

Scratches but works good
Overall the product works great, I just didn’t like the fact that it has scratches on it as you can see in the pictures, so then I ordered a replacement and the replacement looks like it was returned also as you can see in the picture’s

Not able to reach close to rated wattage
I tested this unit in noon day sun and after 10% heat losses, I was only able to achieve a maximum of 98 watts. I dialed in the angle near perfectly on flat ground. This would indicate this is actually a 110 watt panel not 120 watts.I purchased two originally but returned the other as it was dirty, which means I was sold a returned item. The second one I'm going to go ahead and keep as it was purchased after the price drop to $110, which is reasonable for a portable 110 watt panel. If the manufacturer of this panel updates their specs to 110 watts, and keeps the price at $110 or below, I might change my review rating.

Works with jackery battery
Opens up into a large panel. 3 or 4 sections wide. The material used to cover panels feels......let's say it could be better. Fold up has 2 clips to stay closed. Has plugs to link to other panels. Has a box where to can to jackery with different connection tips. Kinda light for its size

Not very good/terrible customer service
The media could not be loaded. Only get 30 watts. On a sunny day. Probably be returning them. UPDATE. After a few months that we returned these garbage solar panels. The company decided to harass me all night with messages because they didn't like my review. And they would not stop until I got Amazon involved. So beware if you buy from this company.
