All french presses are NOT created equal. Through a number of weeks of daily use, this one has held up extremely well. It is easy to disassemble, clean and reassemble.The milk frother is amazing and works great with a couple of AA batteries. Not sure how we did coffee without them.The one minor draw back is the screen that covers the pouring spout doesn't align perfectly, but due to the fact that french press coffee tends to get some dregs in the bottom anyway, it's not a big deal at all.All our cups have tasted great.

Easy to use no assembly works great. The only thing was and it's not a negative necessarily was they said the frother was electric and it's actually battery operated. It is a very powerful frother. Very satisfied. Price point was amazing!

My son wanted this to try out! I dont know anything about French presses and wasnt sure I wanted to spend alot on something for my son to olay around with. This works great and at a cheaper price. He has had no complaints and says it works very well!

The French Press coffee maker is good. Seems sturdy and nicely does the filtering. The only thing is the bottom does not unscrew to take apart the mesh liner from the metal strainer, but it isn't too hard to clean.The frother already broke. We took it apart to fix it and it worked the first time. The lever that pushes the motor is a little piece of wire that seems to easily get bent out of shape. It broke again, but when we took it apart the motor smelled burnt. That was disappointing because we only had it for about 3 weeks.

Great quality french press for the price. Very sturdy and I love the handle. Makes it simple to clean. The frother works great as well.

You get what you pay for. I make French press coffee every morning, so I need something a bit more sturdy. I had a cheap one from Ikea that lasted years. This one lasted only a few months before the plastic piece connecting the insides broke. The milk frother was dead in about one month.

I really like my Zell French Press Coffee Maker. We almost made a purchase at one of the large, classy, well known stores that carry all kitchen, chef, and dinner ware you could want but the lowest price was $49!! While in the store I checked online and saw Zell listed on Amazon. The order arrived in three days and we like this press so much. It was under $20 and I can tell you it is as good as the one we saw for $49 in the store. The coffee does not stay hot for too long, but we make less cups in the press and it is gone before we know it. If you want to keep your coffee around and hot for hours use a convention coffee pot or pour the coffee from the press into a sealed carafe for keeping. Oh and it makes great tea as well!!! I highly recommend the Zell French Coffee Press. Makes a great gift too.

I purchased this as a gift, but ended up not needing it. I kept it and attempted to use it in place of my percolator style coffee maker. It's easy as any French press to use. The filter part is annoying to clean, but it is expected. HOWEVER, the lid and lid handle are plastic... and the knob just popped off! And since it is plastic, I can't screw it back on. Totally a waste.
