Was skeptical and eventually pulled the trigger and got this chair. Suprisingly it is very comfy and well-made for something that is made in China. The "massage" modes are not bad; the main point of massaging is at the lower back with some variations you can choose with the controller. Putting it together was fine, but had some wonkyness when I put together the armrests. There was some pulling invovled as I was trying to put the screws in, but it went fine and it is a solid assembly. If you are over 6 foot like me, you might find that this was made for shorter people. I had to adjust the height a few times to find the right place; the strapped pillow at the head rest, I had to unsnap and place higher so that it hits my neck just right.Overall, it is a good chair. Though I feel like it is a little steep on the price.

I bought this for my spouse and she loves it. It's super comfortable and seems well built. It was super easy to assemble and the massaging part is really nice. I love that it has a little storage pouch and drink holder, and I was super surprised it was able to hold my wide rear comfortably! I'm a big girl with wide hips, and I have heard a lot of gaming chairs are built narrow, so I was relieved when I sat in this chair and felt totally cradled. It's awesome, highly recommend.

Awesome chair, very comfy. But it’s not a massage chair, it only vibrates. There is no massaging in this chair, it’s a vibrating chair. Just buy a normal reclining gaming chair.

Amazingly comfortable and great chair for the price! The set up was a little bit confusing at for but my husband and I had this put together in less than 20 min. The chair is awesome! It is perfect for my size but my husband is 6’3” and it’s a bit small for him. He still wants one though! :)

ok let me be clear this review in no way is intended to cast a bad reflection on amazon. i haven't contacted amazon nor do i entend to as this is nothing they can prevent. the first photo is the chair arm where the cup holder should be.The second is where i cut a split to install a cup holder.the third is where there is no holes in the arm rest so i can attach it to the chair. the fourth is the other arm rest with the holes made from the factory to allow for attaching to the chair. the 5th is a make it work cupholder i installed. i am 5' 11" tall and when sitting in the chair fully upright my feet will not touch the floor.This makes the swivel feature useless.The lumbar cushion is just in the box &the zipper was broken on the one i received.The chair itself is not comfortable to sit in. i think this is the first bad review i have ever written,but thought it was the right thing to do. I also do not blame the underpaid worker that mad the chair as i am sure he or she was just trying to make the impossible production goal set by the company making the real money from this product. i had bought a previous chair from amazon that i love it just did not have the foot rest feature. which is the only reason i bought this one,i hope this helps someone. The seller contacted me after i wrote this review and offered to send me a cupholder and replace the lumbar cushion. I did not write the review for that reason,however i think it is important that i add this addendum to the review to show the seller is willing to make an effort to satisfy the customer. i seriously doubt anyone is going to take the time to read my advised statement,however this seller has emailed me several times in an attempt to make things good with the product. i did ammend my review and give them another star for thier effort in trying to fix the initial product quality i received. i still do not like the chair but that is a personal taste and comfort issue not an issue with the quality of thier product.Doubt anyone will read this far down a review,but if you do this vendor did send me a cupholder to install in the chair.So i must say they did do all they could to fix this product.

There are a few problems with this chair. 1 is that I never received the lumbar support item in the package. The other issue is that the chair will not recline all the way, it is stuck at 110 degrees. Nothing I did to jingle or jangle the chair would make it go down. The massage function is little more than vibrations and it was starting to make my head hurt after a while, but mileage may vary depending on the user. Overall it is a pretty comfortable chair. But the problems outweighed the positives.

Massage is somewhere closer to a vibration than a massage but I enjoy it. Spacing with my desk is a little odd as it doesn't have wheels. Could lean back a little further. But very cushioned and comfortable, much easier to have my laptop on my lap than another gaming chair I bought. Cup holder is nice plus as well. I do recommend if you dont want to lie back super far.

I bought this chair for my fiancé and he absolutely loves it! It’s a great chair and the massager in the chair is great especially after a long day at work!
