Fits perfect, feels great. But not exactly what I would call privacy glass..it just seems to be a tinted screen cover. It s hard to see the screen in daylight when directly looking at the phone. And when the phone is turned at an angle, yes it's darker , but the normal screen darkens when turned!!.think I'll stay away from these privacy screens...

I had this a very long time ago, it worked very well for stopping people being able to see my screen when on the bus or train, the biggest issue that you might experience is that it does quite significantly dim your screen which is noticeable when it's bright out and it's difficult to see what you're doing.
