UPDATE:The vendor explained they have an employee who does not speak good English and did not realize it was a customer calling. The vendor apologized for the misunderstanding. I have since received a replacement pool and it is working well. Guess it was bad luck that the first pool had problems and initial communication was bad. I have updated my rating to excellent due to the vendor taking care of the issue and the pool quility is very good.Previous comments below but no longer applicable:We purchased this pool to use on the patio for cooling off on hot days. We unboxed the pool and set it up per instructions. We filled it to the specific water level and got in. After about 3 hours we noticed it was starting to sag on one side. It was obviously losing air. We checked the valves and they were pushed in per instructions. We put more air in and it came back for about another 3 hours.The next day, I attempted to reach out to the supplier and got a voice mail. I left a message but received no call back that day. I tried calling them again and a man answered the phone with a simple hello. No company name. I started to explain the problem and he hung up. Needless to say, I will be packing it up and returning it to Amazon. Very disappointed.

Would love to give this a 5 star review, but have had this pool for about a week and it doesn't seem to hold its air well. Even though it's not being used daily, we need to inflate it several times a day. The middle section is losing air causing the pool to get lopsided. Not sure where the leak is coming from. Have considered returning it, but will give it a few more days. Besides it losing air, the size and design of the pool is great for our family.Update 7/27/23Changed my review to 5 stars. Seller made it right and was very courteous and responsive with the issue. Great customer service!

Pool is large enough for kids to run jump and play in it. Quality plastic. Easy to inflate and drain. Placed pool on top of blanket and a tarp to ensure no punctures.

The pool is very big, adults and children can play together, two days ago when the weather is hot for the child to play once, the child can play happily, because the air pump is a little small, it takes some time to inflate, and even if your child is small, you can play, because the amount of water in the pool is controlled by you, so the child is safer to play, and the color and pattern match is also beautiful. The main thing is better than the picture, very satisfied

After filling with air and filling with water to top of second air compartment, setting up on level ground, the pool started to bulge on one side and developed a hole. Set it up close to end of season so decided to patch with flex tape I had on hand, that held for the 3-4 weeks we used the pool. Had it been purchased earlier in the summer, I would have returned it, the pool certainly wasn't worth cleaning and drying to put away for next year. I have had similar pool of the same size and water capacity last the entire summer; this one absolutely would not have.

Just got the pool 7/18. Looks great, nice material, however, it has lost about 4-5 inches in water since we filled it yesterday. Appears to have a slow leak, most likely from drain plug next to seat. We just filled it with water, waiting for it to warm up. We have not even been in it. Would really like my money back or replacement

I recently purchased this inflatable pool for my wife and daughter, and i must say, it has excceded my expectations. This pool is perfect for both adults and kids, providing a spacious and refreshing oasis right in my yard. My wife and my daughter will surely going to have a great time during this summer. ( we haven't put the water inside yet but soon). Setting up the pool was a breeze. Be aware the seller didn't include the pump. Overall worth the money!

This is a cute pool. My fiancé has kids and they loved being in it. It is super easy to use and I love that when you are blowing it up you don’t have to worry about the air coming out of it as you are pumping it in. There is no pump with it, however, I had a pump for some thing different from this, and it worked with it.
