I loved this product but it did not last long. The unit still charges but there is very little massage coming from the pad even on full settings.

This worked great for a total of a week, then it just fails to do anything. The controller part lights up, the display shows the type you choose, the the intensity, but after 30 secs it goes back to zero. For the week it worked I did love it. Beyond disappointed and will say "save your money!!!!!!".Quality is garbage when it can't last anytime.

Cheap and portable. It is a start in finding therapy for nerve issues. I'm sure I can make it work with more trails and errors. Feels awesome when I get the right numbers dialed in. Wish charging would last, But then I would probably leave it on all the time and Fry my nerves. Good thing the is a safety feature. 😀

This works great on my feet but when I use the electrode pads they don't do anything at all. Directions with the item are vague at best and are not helpful. At least it works on the feet.

I so so surprised!! This has really given my husband a lot of pain relief from his neuropathy.

I purchased this massager several months ago, and just took it out of the box today. The instructions provided aren't great. Certainly possible that I just wasn't understanding how to use it, but the remote pads seem rather impractical. If you want to use them anywhere above your knees, hope you're short, as the cord isn't long enough to go much further and it wouldn't work unless plugged into the foot pad. While I was still trying to figure that out, I realized that the sensors on one side of the control box HAD ALREADY STOPPED WORKING. After literally just minutes of use. This product was definitely a waste of money and I very much do not recommend.

I tried othrs foot massager & they had no power & I had to return it them...I came back to this foot massager because it gave me the intense pulsating & powerful workout that my tired feet & my leg muscles needed.

I am very disappointed with this product. I purchased it because it received excellent reviews for people with foot neuropathy. Either my mat does not work or it is a joke. I've tried every mode all the way up to the highest setting and I barely feel anything. I've had a spouse and a friend to try it just to make sure that it wasn't my neuropathy and they can't feel anything either. I've looked at some of the videos and you can clearly hear the pulsing from the mat. All I get are blinking lights. I've reached out to customer support and have not gotten a response nor any feedback.
