The company was very responsive throughout the process, as the product was chipped from China. Nonetheless, it was delivered well ahead of the expected date and the final product is beautiful! My only comment would be that it should come with a larger electric plate cover in order to cover a standard electric box and a longer chain.

Junk wood. Red, not brown. Deep gouges carved in to make it appear rustic. Mounting bracket doesn't cover standard mounting box. I'm embarrassed by the low quality. Might work for a rental or quick flip property but not for someone's primary home.

The light was easy to install. It is light weight so it is easy to install 1 handed. I needed to go and buy longer screws because the ones for the mounting plate were a 1/4 in to short. Color was defiantly not as dark as the picture shows. I used a coat of black antiquing glaze to get it to the color that I was looking for.

Awesome ! Completed my coffee bar look that I wanted in my kitchen !!! Easy to install ! Great value as well !

I was very disappointed in the quality of this light. The item was cheaply made and simply did not look anything like the images shown when installed.

I just love this! It looks great. Customer service was excellent, they were able tonsupply a longer chain and were fast to respond! They rec to not use it on a slopped celing but i had no problems with instal and its secure.

Not awful for the price but they do not look anything like picture. The wood is much lighter in color. The rustic look desired and shown in picture is not what you get.

This fixture did not disappoint! Beautiful lighting once the chords and bulbs were in place.( bulbs not included w/ fixture) I would say unless you're a handyman, you may want assistance setting it up.
