I bought these to use on our picnic table when camping, and they worked great! They are battery operated, almost silent when running, and the blades are soft to no one gets hurt if you accidentally touch it while it's spinning. We put them in the middle of our table when we lay our food and have no further issues with flying pests. No more attempting to precariously hold a plate full of food in one hand while lifting a mesh cover off a dish and spooning out food with the other. Added bonus: some of our friends were carrying them around to use a mini fans when they got hot. They worked so well that others asked for the link so they could purchase them as well.The only thing I found a bit odd/obnoxious - which is why I removed one star for "easy to assemble": These are "telescoping" which sounded great since we use them in a camper with limited space for storage. Yes, they do telescope up and are quite sturdy once raised. However, once you snap them open upon initial use, they are permanently stuck. You cannot lower them again. So these aren't truly telescoping. You just raise them up the first time and that's how they stay.

I was waiting to have used this fan a few times before writing a review and I must save every time I use it, I am impressed!We barbecue and eat outside by the pool a lot, and flies always come to the table no matter what. With one of these fans on, we have yet to see a single fly come near the table! We used it a lot lately for parties, baby shower and just weekend pool days.The set of 3 is perfect since we use one at the table and another near the grill. The third is a spare! I only wish they were collapsible but honestly they work so well that we just leave them out all the time since we’re outside a lot!Highly recommend and would buy again if needed.

Bought these for a graduation party and I must say I was impressed! They are not loud and they kept the flies away! I wasn’t sure about these at first but I’m so glad I purchased them!

Love these! Saw them on Instagram and bought them for summer outdoor dining. They really are wonderful & also easy to transport. We’ve even taken them to restaurants with us and asked by staff where we ordered them.

Small radius for keeping clear of flies but they do work - would recommend, especially if you're having any outdoor food and have a lny kind of self serve food table.

They work well, but once fully expanded they lock in place.

They actually work for keeping the Flys 🪰 away. Light and easy to use and. I recomend.

Love that I don’t have to spend all summer swatting away flies from our food outside. You don’t have to pull them up all the way up so you can have them around all of your food without it getting in the way of a table scape.They’re very easy to use and not an eye sore.
