1 KG, Living Earth Bicarbonate of Soda | Sodium Bicarbonate

I decided to wait a few days before writing this review.This is a great big 5kg bucket of sodium bicarbonate. I have found this bicarb to be very good and I am happy with the bucket as it is very strong with a good seal on the lid too.This brand is suitable for cleaning and represents great value for money.I myself use this bicarb for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, to wash my clothes (I don't use it on delicates though) and also to neutralise smells from my pets.I also often mix it with white vinegar and poor it in the sink. Let it act and there you go a shiny, unblocked drain.Bicarbonate Soda has hundreds of uses, and this product is excellent quality, inexpensive and multi-purpose.Happy to recommend.

Have used this already to clean my washing machine, together with white vinegar, with very good results. Plan to use it a lot more. Was only able to find baking powder, which isn’t the same, in my local shop, so thank you. I understand it is also good for acid reflux...

Really good very fine powder but needs packaging better as my delivery driver got a good 9kg in the back of his van and the rest was in the box as tub had burst please rethink packaging or you will need to give out lots more refunds like mine other than that would be perfect for goofing, carpet fresh and deodoriser for cupboards and fridges this is food grade so not that salt type grains you get in wilko

Arrived very quickly, just as described. I use bicarb together with white vinegar for lots of household cleaning, and it's much cheaper and more convenient buying in larger quantities (I would have bought an even bigger bucket but am not sure where I'd store it!) The one thing that would make this perfect, given that the bucket's too big to conveniently tip, would be a small cardboard or plastic scoop to get small quantities out - I'll be keeping an eye out for one to use.

Wow, this stuff is so versatile- great for cleaning the house or yourself! For years I've sworn by baking soda tooth paste, and then I bought this after seeing a social media review recommending it for bathing in (I have been STRESSED and thought this sounded like a nice cheap way to unwind). I also bought Epsom salts and lavender oil. I've tried bathing with baking soda with and without the Epsom salt and I personally preferred just half a cup of baking soda and a few drops of lavender oil, I found it very relaxing and my skin felt so soft afterward. No hesitation in recommending. You will get a lot of baths out of this bucket! ...no doubt I will use some for other things (I'm going to try deordorsing a pair of stinky shoes I have next, as thats another use I read about!)

Brilliant, bought this to use as a general cleaner. I dry cleaned a carpet with it ( carpet was almost beyond hope) brushed it in, left over night, and just hoovered away all the stains. I cannot praise it high enough, no nasty chemical, great for deodorising anything , forget all those expensive brand cleaners and use this instead and some elbow grease.

Excellent product from Living Earth. I love the fact this comes in a kilogram tub at such a reasonable price, as the Bicarb is useful for so many things, from baking to chemical-free cleaning and so much more. Handy to have around the house! Living Earth delivered this lightning quick, too. Highly recommended!
