I have had a total knee replacement that hasn't gone to plan, so I have been limited to how far I can walk.The problem isn't just my knee but my lower back because my gait is out & the pain is really bad after only a hundred metres or so.I bought this hip belt because I've tried a full back support, tens machine, etc, which haven't worked.This hip belt worked a treat and I can walk much further than before, it's adjustable and very comfortable.The belt does get a bit wet with sweat, so I bought another it's that good.I am very happy with my purchase

To small

Initially I bought for myself. I'm not known to have constant back pain and I'm wary of products that make claims to help/cure medical ailments.I tried this for a while when I had mild aches in my back and it did seem to help. I was also able to sleep in it with no discomfort. It can cause you to sweat a little but this is readily washed off the device.Recently my wife used this and she too has been impressed with it too.I don't know the science behind it but I'd recommend this to at least be tried by anyone have mild back pain. Severe back pain I'd recommend contacting a medical professional.
