Q: Does anyone know if this will fit a holton TR-181 bass trombone?

It fitted my JP-Rath 333 Bass. It took quite a bit of experimenting and tweaking to find a position that works, but there is plenty of adjustment in the positioning of the strap. I needed to adjust both triggers on the trombone as well. Its the best aid that I've found at taking the weight of a bass.

Q: Will it fit a Yamaha tenor trombone?

I been using it on my Yamaha ysl643 for about 6 months, the bushing it's not exactly the right shape but it fits OK and overall it's very comfortable to use.

Q: This doesn’t fit a besson sovereign bb/f unless any ideas? it overlaps threaded area where 2 halves join

I have a Sovereign B/F and when I fitted the grip I ignored the shims and put the fixing piece straight onto the tube below the top brace, it will fit OK going onto the enlarged end. I would not be with out mine, no more panful fingers. Hope this helps.
