Not for me
I bought this bc the reviews were so good. I love liquid eyeliner, but I wanted one that's waterproof so I decided to try this one. The color is very bright, it looked stupid on me. Is also very thick, reminds me of old nail polish consistency. I never used it again. I found something else I liked better.

Disappointed
I love Milani, and have been using their Infinite Liquid Eye Liner for a few years now. It is the only one that will stay on me for a full day with no smudging, but this gold one is just not up to par with all the others I have bought. I think I received an old bottle because not only could I see the formula cracking inside the bottle but the brush was super stiff and dried out. I really tried to salvage it by warming the bottle in my palms and placing it in a small cup of warm water, but nothing worked. The liquid liner remained clumpy and gooey. I will be trying NYX instead.
