Four of my grandsons moved in with us and we needed beds. After carefully measuring the room we had we decided on this model. Granted there were seven thousand pieces and a whole lot of work. I could not have done it period. My husband however went one step at a time, there were a few places he had to refer to common sense but once he was finished it looked very nice. Our delivery was very quick! Too bad the mattresses were not. The boys are so excited. These beds are very sturdy and I feel a great value for the money

It is very difficult to assemble it in kind. The measurements of the pieces are not correct. I had to cut them myself and adapt them to the correct size. The instructions are rubbish, they are far from being real instructions. It's my opinion, I don't know why Amazon agrees to sell these types of products. I wouldn't even buy it again...

My three Littles love the step storage and the little nightstand shelfWas a little difficult to put together think crib times 100 took my husband and I two days to put together would have been a lot faster with power tools (drill) and if kids were not present the time would have been significantly lessThe parts were labeled by stickers.Some had fallen of during delivery but its pretty easy going off the manual to figure out what's whatIt's sturdy but I can see having to tighten up bolts as time goes on (same as a crib) over all happywith the sturdiness and quality of the bed my children love them and the price was nice

Listen to the reviews this bed looks nice but the instructions are all over the place. I didn't read reviews before I ordered (that's on me) but it hurts to read the instruction book. also the hardware is absolutely trash and is all mixed up. DO NOT BUY THIS BED! Side note the drawer is backwards and holes are in the wrong spot.

The kids loved this triple bunk bed. Plenty of storage for extra blankets and pillows. Each kid had there own storage for personal items.

First, we are happy with our purchase! Upon arrival, we did an inventory of parts and found we were missing some hardware. We contacted the seller who responded the same day. They offered to send the missing hardware or refund some money for us to purchase it ourselves (we chose the latter since shipping hardware would have taken many days to receive). Also during our inventory we found many of the wooden boards weren't labelled, so it took a while to figure out which piece was which (there are a lot of parts, so I encourage you to do inventory to simply organize your materials). One wooden piece had a gash in it from shipping. Once we began building, we found a few of the instructional steps listed the incorrect pieces to be used. We gave this information to the seller, who was very responsive. They said they sent this information to the company for review.As for the product, it is a very nice bed. The wood is nice, the finish is smooth and lovely. The smell does take a few days to dissipate, so if you are sensitive to smells like paint, you'll want to air dry it ahead of time. The kids are incredibly happy with their new bed system. We feel it is strong and durable. We really appreciated that the stairs could be used on either side as well as the horizontal space at the end of the top bed.Please note: No where did I read this was a twin XL on the top bed. It most definitely is. Your standard twin mattress will leave a 5" gap. We solved this by attaching a wooden slat we had so things didn't fall down to the bed below.

Nice design, but not easy to assemble. I’ve wiped down the frame twice with white vinegar & finally got rid of the odor.

The media could not be loaded. The post size is 2 in, the actual material used to construct this wood is an extremely minimalist you cannot expect heavy material being used on this. Some of the parts do not line up correctly so be ready to do some custom work and make some trips to Home Depot if you want to keep it. Most of the problems I noticed were when I was 80% into the build and it was frustrating. I tried contacting the manufacturer and I did not get any answer from them. Some of the labeling stickers off of the parts were missing probably due to shipping I guess.
