I'm satisfied with this doorbell system. Easy to install which is wireless, actually no installation at all just stick the doorbell on door. It works great after connecting to my phone. I can check outside on phone anytime and have a fluent conversation with visitors. The wireless touch screen can be placed anywhere in house so no ring call will be missed, and the workmanship of it is fine. Convenient for daily life. Image quality is bravo, even at night.

Love this door bell camera it is super easy to install took me about 20 min . Just replace your old boring bell with this motion sensor bell with WiFi camera. It has two talk functions that you can use to see who is at your home or who is delivering a package to you. Plus it’s free and it dose need any subscription of any kinda for the simple use.

The system worked well enough when I installed it, but it failed after little more than a year of use. I have replaced it with a system from tmezon, which appears to have superior engineering.

I still cannot believe how GOOD this system is!!Door bell looks clean without any big tacky brand stamped on it.* had it for almost a month now. Battery is still at 100%. LONG lasting battery.*picture is very CLEAR day & night.*I can answer door bell from my phone or from the LCD screen.*this system allows you to talk through doorbell as if it was a normal phone call!!(With other systems you have to press button while you speak like a walkie-talkie and you don’t hear the other person while you’re talking vise versa)100% recommend!!

Got the one with the Tuya app. Followed the enclosed instructions and, frustratingly, after an hour or bit more, could not get it to work. I’d press the video doorbell, no response from video monitor nor cellphone. Did research and read to do factory reset, but manual stated to contact tech/customer support 1st before doing this. So, wrote the email. Got a reply the same day, at night (I think the tech is in China). He walked me thru (& sent video) of how to factory reset & I would have to pair doorbell to monitor. Did it. Now no cellphone response. Sent another email. Got a reply within 20 mins, with plenty of screenshots on removing device & adding the device/doorbell to my cellphone app. Now it all works! The technician’s name is Sam… very professional & courteous! So… to end… the product works as intended, with customer support being totally AWESOME. The minor complaint I have, the video doorbell camera takes a bit long to connect/stream the video image to my cellphone. Thank you again Sam!

I have had this product for about a week now. And as I viewed in my research before buying the doorbell camera/monitor, the installation of the product was so easy a five-year-old can get the product to work. I am totally amazed with the ability of the doorbell camera to automatically communicate with the 10-inch monitor, instantly detect movement at your door and send you an alert and display the event on your screen, the battery life of the wireless doorbell camera, how easily it records each event and lets you view it, and you do not have to connect it to WiFi in order for it to work, etc. To me, it is worth $1000.00, but I am glad that the provider sells it for way less than it is worth. Yes, yes, yes: I would recommend this to my family and friends.

UPDATE: I am posting an update to my previous comment because a store representative contacted me and offered to replace the doorbell for free. I tested the new doorbell for about two months and I can confidently say that it works much better than the previous one. I really like the display that comes with the doorbell, it's the perfect size and easy to set up with the doorbell. Overall, I rate the bell 3.5/5 but the customer service is 5/5!Unfortunately, it worked well only for the first month. Later was worse and worse. The doorbell calls itself like someone pressed the button but nobody is there or when someone just steps next to the door. Sometimes the screen doesn't even react to the doorbell sound. I don't recommend it. Waste of money!

Camera from doorbell ringer works fine. After 10 months of use the video screen shuts its self off. Touch screen window doesn’t come up has to be rebooted and doesn’t always stay on. When does stay on worksfine. Fails to work like it should all the time.Waist of money.UPDATE January 7, 2025Purchased a second battery that came with another charging cable, I was able to use that cable with an Amazon 9w charge block and fixed the problem with the video screen that functions now as it should. Does not shut down like it did.
