Saved money and works just fine so far!Works with Switch and Blu-ray.

It works great,not like roducts from other companies. It allows me to have two external monitors connected to my laptop in addition to the laptop monitor. Having the USB adapter is a plus. Directions to download drivers are clear and efficient.

I wanted to run dual monitors off my older laptop that I could not get a dock for. I was very skeptical about this working but to my amazement it did. Super easy to setup and now I have a nice dual monitor setup.

right as expected, the dock i use wasn't supporting the extended displays for my m2 mac (after installing the driver), this splitter connected to my dock helps in splitting the display to two monitors. there is no problem in that fucntionalityHowever, most of the time, I experience an issue where the monitors remain frozen on the last active display after disconnecting the laptop. not sure if it's happening because of this splitter or the dock

So right out the gate the switch wasn’t able to auto detect which hdmi port had video signal. That’s okay it would’ve been cool but I was fine with having to manually change it. So I started out watching a 4K movie on AppleTv and it was good. The Dolby Vision and Dolby atmos. Through without issue. After 10 minutes decided to try out how it worked with my Sony 4K UHD Blu-Ray Player. I turned off the AppleTv and hit the power button on the Blu-ray player and after a good minute nothing happened so I manually switched it and there was picture. I started a 4K UHD movie and it seemed to be working. I had to pause the movie for a moment to take a call. When I came back less than 3 Minutes later the screen was black. I first figured my player had froze. (It can do that) but restarting it didn’t bring the picture back. I tried everything I could. I unplugged all the cables and devices and started from the beginning. I first checked to see if it was the port so I swapped the ports between the Apple TV and blue ray when that didn’t help I tried different HDMI cables and still black screen for Blu-ray and picture perfect for Apple TV. I began to worry maybe something was wrong with the Blu-ray player but when I plugged the original hdmi that I had used with it at the start and bypassed the switch it worked just fine so it was the switch. The little booklet says it doesn’t need an outside power source and while it may be true in a few cases I think that you’ll have better luck plugging it in. The switch may have have great tech on the inside but the exterior isn’t a great. It’s cheap plastic and I doesn’t handle heat well at all. I wanted this to work and I’ve heard great things about the brand so maybe in the future I’ll try them again but for now I’m gonna order another brand the reviews or at least the negative ones accurate. I already started the return it’s just not work it if I can only use one of the 2 hdmi ports.

Still going strong after a couple of years of use. No problems whatsoever.

Easy to connect and worked right away.HDMI ports seem to be of very good quality, no glitches or connection loss.You definitely need decent quality cables to go with it.Recommended
