I’ve been using the Amazon Basics Male Dog Diapers for a few weeks now with my senior Labrador, and I’m genuinely impressed. These wraps are a lifesaver for managing incontinence and occasional accidents around the house.✅ Absorbency: Excellent. Even overnight, the diapers hold up well without leaking. I haven’t noticed any odor or discomfort for my dog.✅ Fit: The large size fits my 70 lb dog snugly without being too tight. These dog diapers work perfectly! They fit well, stay in place, and are very absorbent. They make cleaning up so much easier and keep my home mess-free. Highly recommended for puppies or senior dogs!

Update: I didn't need these for over a year then sweet little Bear developed diabetes :( so sometimes I have to use these wraps - at night, or if I have to leave the house for a little bit. He lost weight do to this so I ordered the small this time. They just fit - I mean JUST fit. He now weights about 12 or almost 12 and a half pounds so the small fit this time (update - he's down to 11.8 :( so they fit even better). You may want to size up unless you have a very lean dog. These do work very well though. Never have had a leak yet (Update: you have to change often though or there could be leak through with diabetes's large volumes of urine :( but I change very often). And the strip that makes them stick can be undone and redone over and over and it still sticks.Also, when I was about to run out and Amazon still hadn't delivered my next batch, I went to the local pet store and bought the brand there. They cost twice as much as these and they fit tighter so the size isn't what I like. So I am appreciating these Amazon Basics even more.Only complaint is how long it takes to get them but that seems to be with everything now.Also, these were half the price I paid last time, which is much more reasonable. I'd give it five stars at this price of just under $14. Four stars at the nearly $29 price.----------The measurement guidelines did not help me at all. The first set I bought were way too small at x-small (should have known that wouldn't fit his round ol' belly!), so I'll be returning those. I ordered a medium this time as I was afraid the small would be too small as well, and the mediums were slightly too big. A small may be better but hard to know as they just don't give enough measurements information.For your reference, my male long-haired chihuahua mix is about 12-13 pounds, around 19 or so at his waist/belly--he's 'beefy' for a chihuahua. These aren't a perfect fit but then again I have zero experience with dog wraps.I cut the medium on the sides where the strip folds in, and I cut the length a few inches and it fits a little better.I can't talk about absorbency yet because he's not wet them and may never for all I know. Bear had surgery and has had some health issues that caused him to have a few accidents so I am giving these a try for occasional use in certain situations.They do look well made - thick enough to hold some urine though again not sure how much. Since I take Bear out frequently, I won't have that worry so much.They have little paws on them, which is cute. Honestly, I hated buying these since my Bear has always been a healthy dog without any problems like this and having to buy these made me very sad. I do hope I never have to buy any more again and that he'll be back to his old self.It took him an hour or so to get used to them but I praised him a lot. I also give him breaks from them if I'm in a situation where he has to wear one long term.You can buy those recovery suits that are used after surgery and will cover their stomach, if you are worried about your dog chewing it or removing it.The adhesive strip is great - can undo it and redo it and it still works.I just wish they'd do better with measurements so I could measure my dog and then know what size instead of the chart they have that makes it unclear.

Fits perfectly on our little dog. Holds a goid amount with no leaks. Highly recommend these dog diapers.

I’ve gone through a few brands of male dog wraps, and these Amazon Basics ones really impressed me. They’re super easy to put on, stay in place well, and most importantly — they don’t leak. My senior terrier has some incontinence issues, and these have been a lifesaver around the house.The fit is snug but not tight (he’s around 12 lbs), and the adhesive tabs hold up even overnight. I also like that the inner lining stays dry to the touch, so he doesn’t seem uncomfortable. We go through about one or two per day, and the 30-count box lasts a while for the price.Definitely recommend if you need a budget-friendly, effective option for smaller dogs.

These are absorbent but the sizing is weird. My dog normally wears small and these are SO much bigger and bulkier than the one he normally wears. They slide all over the place and come unfastened pretty easily. I will stick to my normal brand. I would not buy these again.

Needed this because was going to friend's house and my boy dog loves to mark his territory, worked great! No leaks or slippage, easy to put on.

I have a 10-month-old Cavapoo who’s used to apartment floors, not plush carpets. We spent a month at my mom’s house, and to my dog, her wall-to-wall carpet screamed “giant pee pad.” Enter these male dog wraps.The good:These things absorb like champs. No leaks, no smells. Seriously impressive. They saved my mom’s carpet and my sanity.The not-so-good:They just won’t stay on. My pup is active, and these wraps kept sliding off no matter how carefully I placed them. I ended up using a regular dog diaper over them to hold everything in place. Diaper layering isn’t ideal, but it worked.I’m genuinely grateful this product exists, but I wish there were a way to make them stay secure without turning them into a tourniquet. Some kind of gentler belly band support or suspenders system?Bottom line:Great absorbency, great price, but needs backup if your dog moves like mine. Still, I’m glad I found a solution during our extended visit. My mom’s carpet remains intact, and that’s a win.
