Love it in my coffee. Subtle goat taste,
I love this evaporated goat milk. It's pricey, but so delicious. If you really hate goat cheese and goat milk, you might not like this, but the goat here is very subtle. Just not sure the health benefits , but I love it in my coffee. So creamy and delish. Everyone has different taste buds. I like goat products. I had very bad asthma as a kid. I used to turn blue . I think it had to do with drinking regular A1 milk. Also allergic to dust etc, but i find the goat products don't give me the severe reactions I got from regular cows milk.
