Better Than the Original (For Me)
These are great! The cooling effect is really nice when putting them on but only lasts 30 seconds to a minute. I find them a way better fit than the originals and more comfortable to wear for long periods, although the seal is not quite as good which causes a reduction in noise cancellation. I haven’t noticed any decrease in sound quality, easy to install and great value for money.

A good replacement for original, but make the ears a lot hotter despite initial cooling.

Buy if you don't want sweaty ears all the time
The stock pads are just so bad for their price that these ones are just 100x better in terms of comfort and long-term usage. The sound quality is unaffected, the noise cancelling still works as it should, and for me personally, I don't hear a major difference in the strength of the ANC, it's mostly the same if not better. The pads are very easy to install too, as the tool provided was enough to remove the old pads. It did take a bit of effort to get into the clips, but once you get the first one out, it gets easier. Installation couldn't be any easier, just push until you hear a click on each side of the pad. Its definitely worth buying just for the sweat-free comfort alone. Sony really should take notes, cause the XM5s are still a £200+ pair of headphones and the stock pads are just unacceptable.

Fantastic for those who wear 24/7
These are fantastic and are 100% an upgrade from the stock ones.No more sticky plastic which is what I wanted as I wear my headset 24/7.100% Recommend for those who do too.

Typical Soulwit product quality
Pads are usually subjective to those who are focused on the optimal comfort to highest quality sound ratio so I'll keep it simple. These obviously change sound ever so slightly but considering the stock pads are naturally all leather anyway, you're not getting as much of an imbalance to the original pads as you would if you were replacing velour pads or anything. And to be honest, the comfort the Soulwit pads tend to offer is far greater than the sound change to me personally as someone with a warm head. While some might not find them more comfortable, I personally do but I already use a couple of sets of these kind on other headphones I own.You get all you need here to replace the pads, it's much easier than you might think if you've never done it before.I don't personally care much for noise cancellation in an setting at all to be honest so I barely use it anyway. If there is a change, it's not really apparent to me in my use cases. All the Soulwit pads are pretty reasonable priced and competitive with others. They offer a reasonable price point given the quality of the pads. They're not specialist or 'high grade quality' pads but that market is pretty niche anyway in comparison to the general user base. So to me they're a pretty good all rounder replacement.

Great great idea, unfortunately undone by a bad execution
I purchased Wicked Cushions earpads replacements for my Sony XM5. They are in soft PU leather, and much much better than the original earpads Sony sells the headphones with. But they still kinda make my ears toasty. Much better than the original silicone leather, but still a bit warm.I wanted to try earpads with a soft fabric instead, like these SOULWIT earpads.Unfortunately, while the idea is excellent, the execution is poor. 2 key issues:1. the padding is not sufficient, and my smaller than average ears touch the drivers inside the earcups.2. the stiching is very visibly uneven, and it's easy to see that it will come loose quickly. Not really what one wants to have on a £250-£300 headphone...By comparison, I purchased similar Wicked Cushion earpads replacements for 2 of my gaming headphones which I use a ton for work for video conferences (Audeze Maxwell and Razer Blackshark v2). I absolutely love these replacements earpads.SOULWIT, you have a product WC does not produce yet, please improve the quality of the final product.1. much thicker padding2. quality control on the stitching
