My family got this for me for mother's day. I got it all set up and 8 hours later we had a tornado come through our small town and completely wreck the frame. The canopy, along with all the other parts, held up through the 95mph winds we got! Contacted the company to see if I could just purchase the frame seeing as every other parts were salvageable and it being my fault I left it up (they say in the instructions it's not tested for winds and suggest taking it down for any storms). Yesterday I received a complete replacement, canopy and all, free of charge. There's no reason I shouldn't have had to replace it at my expense. Kudos to this company! I will definitely buy from them again.

I was very excited for this when it finally came. Unfortunately there was about a two month or so delay from purchasing to installation and the return window closed. Otherwise, this would have been back to Amazon on the first thing smoking. It was very hard to put together. The instructions were not clear. We were exhausted by the end of it. Just for it to rain two days later- and it wasn’t a heavy fall- and came outside to find it had completely buckled and fallen over due to the collected water in the corners of one side. Totally irreparable and a complete waste of money.

I learned my lesson not to get a cheap flimsy awning. This one is strong and can handle the weather. That makes it heavier

It dry rotted very fast in my opinion. Bought in July and threw away in September. It was lowered for storms but still could not survive the Midwest. For the price, we will get another next year but if you take it down after use it would last a lot longer. Easy assembly besides the netting ;-)

I used it over my hot tub. I could use in the rain, it was an outstanding addition to my outdoor oasis area. Unfortunately even after adding several toe down stakes and adding straps to hold it. The power of hurricane Helene was overwhelming. I found it mangle about 300 feet away. But it was a very nice canopy. Kinda difficult to put up, even more to take down.

The canopy seems to be made pretty well. I like the adjustment locks. Great price for the quality. However be aware. The legs are slightly angled out at the bottom. I had trouble using my cube screen

this canopy is great for outdoor sleeping, outdoor dining and great to sit outside and watch an outdoor movie at night! would highly recommend this. Very easy to put up.

First there was a big issue with my delivery — that got resolved.. if i could rate this a zero stars I truly would. I finally put the gazebo up about 12 days ago. We got 1 storm, rain and little wind and my entire gazebo snapped from the middle. As I was observing it, I noticed it’s already rusted which is mind blowing considering it’s only about been about two weeks.. so we had dewy mornings I guess and it got sprayed by the nose but absolutely cheaply made with poor metal. It was cute while it lasted but I’m very disappointed in how quickly it collapsed and is not fixable

We purchased this canopy to put over our 10’ pool that we decided to Winterize and not disassemble. We just had a huge downpour that was followed by strong gusts of wind. We were so happy to see that this canopy withstood it all and came out of these storms unscathed. We would definitely buy this again.

A little bit of a process to set need 2 people but in the end worth it. We had it up for six months and then ran into an issue contacted the company and they were very attentive at resolving the issue. Excellent communication clear and easy remediation other companies should take note will work with them again.

We used this thing for the first time lastnight for a haloween event. We had a windstorm halfway through the event with rain, some peoples tents blew away, some got bent to heck, but not this thing. We were able to weather the storm and were one of the last to leave. Oh and the setup we didnt even look at the book it was so easy, nice bag too!

It worked for me as I only wanted it for a wedding day. The top could be thicker and heavier duty but its OK in a pinch.
