They work really well. But they work best flat. Otherwise, as magnets, of course, they easily stick to each other. My grandkids love them and for the cost, they are a great way to keep a child busy.

gift for my 3year old grandson, we added/replaced to his existing collection. We have 3 grandsons, ages 10, 3 and 1.5 yrs old. The all play with them and we even took them to the pool where the oldest dived and retrieved them for the youngers. They are so durable, they just seem to get lost in transit over time and need replaced.
