Great Arch Support with Comfortable Fit for Dress Shoes
I’ve been using these insoles for a while now, and I can confidently say they provide excellent arch support. The design is well thought out, offering just the right amount of stiffness, which I found surprisingly comfortable after wearing them for an extended period. While they initially felt a bit rigid, over time, they molded to my feet, making them great for all-day wear without discomfort. They fit well in dress shoes, which was a key factor for me since I needed something that wouldn't take up too much space or make my shoes feel cramped. The material is durable, and I’ve noticed a reduction in foot fatigue, especially on longer days. If you’re someone who deals with flat feet or general foot pain, I highly recommend giving these a try. They strike a balance between support and comfort, which isn’t easy to find in other insoles.

Amazing Value So Far
Probably a little over two months using these and so far so good.I typically wear medical grade orthotics and while I can't say that I haven't had *any* discomfort in my feet with these new insoles, I do feel like these do a good job where my feet feel good pretty much all the time. I don't find the discomfort really too noticeable, when it happens, and do recommend that people try these. I have been paying $60 for my medical grade ones, so paying a fraction of that is a huge savings for me.Don't take my word for things, recommed checking a Podiatrist's review of the product on YouTube - "Michigan Foot Doctors" is the channel and the video is 'The Best Insoles and Orthotics'. However, he does say that the insoles may only be effective for 1-2 months.I'll try to follow up with my experience as I use them further. Good luck.

Good arch support
These fit well in my athletic shoes and provide needed arch support that helps with plantar fascitis pain. It is firm so if you prefer more of a gel support this would not be for you. I need the firm support. As far as durability, I have used them daily for almost 3 months and they have been durable and have not lost support. Great price point for this type of support.

Good but wide
Just know that the sole is wide. I have some Ascis running shoes that are fairly narrow compared to these. I do still use them in the shoes, but long term I’m not sure what would happen to them. I suggest ‘wide’ tennis shoes or find a different sole. I have Brooks running shoes that are already wide, it seems, and these fit well. The arch support is in a little bit different location than my doctor-made ones from 18 years ago. I alternate shoes each day, and alternate between these and my doctor-made. I don’t ever let my foot form to one shoe.

Wonderful if you have PTTD (low arch version)
I struggled long and hard to find the proper insole after my PTTD diagnosis. My arch is slightly fallen on that foot but still flexible in both feet. Custom orthotics were too hard, the podiatrist was completely unhelpful and said "well they're not for everyone" (but you were happy enough to sell them to me originally, no warning) and took down the arch but it still dug into my foot and made my PT tendon hurt. He off handedly mentioned well some people get surgery for flat feet--absolutely no when I can now walk comfortably barefoot at home! I tried Superfeet and Powerstep which were also too hard, but I knew I needed some sort of arch support. These are perfect because the stiff part of the arch is buried in EVA foam and silicone so it doesn't dig into my still tender tendon. But yet they do give necessary support. Literally less than 2K steps and my foot feels adjusted and used to the arch. It's wonderful to come home after walking the hard floors shopping and not be in pain, finally. I just wish I never wasted the money on custom orthotics and podiatrist copays. Trust me, start here with these insoles and go get physical therapy for PTTD!
